What's up with the optical flare on the passenger side rear view
mirror?  It looks like a flash going off inside the cab, but that's
not likely.  From the shadows the sun is at right angles to the truck,
on the right, so it shouldn't be in the mirror.

So what is it?

Sun reflected off of passenger window onto mirror,
then back toward lens?

Angle of the tire shadows would seem to
support that.

Either that, or they're transporting one of
those glowing orb alien things in the jump seat.
