Tybo was nice a few years ago,much to see there too.

Tybo is deeded property the last time I checked., so technically you
are trespassing if you go there.

why should a military outfit be so worried that you will go to non
military old mine site,yes I wonder.
Not been that way for a while but last time might have been on a
weekend,place seemed deserted not a soul around.Up at the barrier just
a sign saying some mining co,Private  posted.Far as I can remember.
Did notice large power lines going into the canyon.
Might try the basecamp office next time in the week & ask them if it's
now ok to go up there.
Have to go up to Ely in a few weeks
