Looks like it could be of interest to the Red Flaggers.  But it is
rather new, and is the sort of thing that you'd want others to buy and
test before committing your own bucks.  Seems a little weak on
details, such as no mention of maximum slew rate.

Is it me? I can't find any info on the hardware, just a file to
download.

Telescope drivers are pretty slow. I can't see one following an
aircraft. I'm assuming they would use an alt-az.
