Yeah, that was my "tinyURL". It's been known to be other there, but nobody came up with anything solid. And remember, the TTR is a place where all you have to do is drive to observer. It lack a bit of SIGINT, but hey, I wasn't there. The nice thing about the TTR is the level of secrecy is one notch down from Groom Lake, so at least documents appear from the base on the net.
