They could encourage local adoption of those wild Mustangs
and Burros if they'd simplify the adoption process. Most
responsible horse owners (like me) don't meet the fence
height requirement or trailer type requirement for
adoption. We're willing to spend thousands of dollars
annually on feeding and caring for the horse, but since
our fence is chain link (for example) we don't meet the
requirement.
