Note they only used 3 out of the 4 sectors on the tower, skipping the
sector that would point towards the hills. Presumably, 4 legged
critters don't use GSM, and too bad for any 2 legged creatures that
want to use a phone in that direction.

The FCC database only shows the nearby Verizon site. Since the tower
has a strobe, presumably this is in the tower database, though I can't
find where the FCC moved it.
