Back in the 90's Norio was host to some pretty far-fetched ideas.  He
had a partner with which he did a lot of Area 51 stuff with (Gary
Shultz??) which is probably where the more outlandish ideas came
from.  To his credit, in later years, after more reflection,  Norio
backed away from a lot of the theories he was putting out in the early
years.  He now supports theories that, relatively speaking, could be
called conventional.  And as Miso said, he is a very nice guy.

Sadly, there is a distinct lack of Area 51 loonies these days.
