This news letter has a nice shot of the Sandia complex at the TTR.
Apparently it isn't being shut down (as if they would move all that
gear plus leave the resort town of Tonopah).

Looks like the stealth blimp decloaked  itself and is flying over the
hills near the right side of the image.

This is the control tower. The roof has a pile of radar dishes behind
curved radomes, presumably to get telemetry from remote sites.

There is something on the top of the water tower. I assume there is a
beacon for aircraft warning, but looks like something else as well.
