North Las Vegas airport is a hotbed of spooky outfits. I've never got
around to checking it out in person. You may recall the Twin Otters
and the Lockeed Martin PC-12 shuttles use KVGT. Some of the Sierra
Nevada and Dynamic Aviation aircraft use KVGT. I suppose if you cruise
up Route 95, a diversion to KVGT might get a good photo once in a
while (planes with pods).
If you have the current issue of Air Forces Monthly, some of the KVGT
visitors are in there. One of the Twin Otters IIRC, and maybe
another.

SNC just tweaks the planes as far as I can tell. That is, once they do
they task, some other outfit takes ownership. Dynamic and Twin Otter
maintain ownership of their aircraft.
Vision Airlines uses Ruby (RBY) for their callsign. I posted audio
from one of the Dynamic Aviation planes using it's N-number for
callsign. No idea how Twin Otter flies.
