The C5C has shown up to KNUQ. It was there just before a recent NRO
launch at KVBG. I could dig up the date and tail number if the
information is useful.

We know Travis fuels the Groom aircraft, though that doesn't
necessarily translate into Travis being the maim cargo hauler for
Groom. But I don't believe there is a closer facility. Travis is one
of the few bases that tries to chase away photographers.
