It's the "disassembled" part that seemed to have been in question.
I.E., were the F-117 wings intended to be taken off and put back on
or not (cut them off with a torch or shear)?
remember the F-117 crash in md. the accident report on that, states
that 4 of the 39 bolts that hold the wing on were missing.
the wing is designed to be removeable. the photos of the plane on the
assembly floor shows the "access" line/ports to the bolts

if you look at the photo in the storage hanger, notice the part where th
wings came off, the join line appears be to covered with a protective
material or plate. with the bolt access ports uncovered.
