I suggest a microscopic exam of the spot weld
and the wire insulation. Might be able to ascertain
if it's mil spec wire. Hard to tell from the pic,
what size everything is, but the wire looks like
about 22x7 ga. I think mil spec is higher strand count.
Insulation looks like typical telephone/CAT/Cable.
Maybe something from the used/unused antenna site
at Badger.
