Five earthquakes larger than Magnitude 3 occur east of Hawthorne, NV
between 9:21 AM and 12:39 PM PST January 22, 2011.



Magnitude 3.9 (09:21 AM), 4.3 (09:26 AM), 4.1 (11:21 AM), 3.4 (11:27
AM), and 3.2 (12:39 PM) and a number of small events have occurred
about 12 miles east of Hawthorne, Nevada, January 22, 2011. Several of
the larger events were felt in Hawthorne, but at this time (2:24 PM;
1/22) there are no reports of damage.
