Seems like a lot of duplication. even if it is part of the NSA. Years
ago their was the ASA.  Every group protects it's turf for as long as
it can.

Getting back to my rant on military contractors. I see SAIC is ass
deep in some fiasco in NYC for keeping employee work records.

It boggles my mind how these contracts can reach multi-millions.

These military contractors just don't live in the real world.
California had a deal with Lockheed, yeah Lockheed, to set up a
records system for the DMV. Millions spent and it never worked.
