They are  unthinking, unresearching psyches-for-hire with little that could
 be seriously  identified as approaching the definition of 'mind'.

But in the shadows behind the  mindless dark suits they know exactly
what they are doing. As I have been saying for many years, they are
constructing a sub-reality in the Earth's atmosphere  between the surface
of the planet and high in up in the ionosphere - especially  in the lower
reaches where we are.

The creation of this  sub-reality is the prime reason, I would suggest, for 
the
HAARP technology in Alaska and other locations - the High Frequency Active
Auroral Research Program funded by the US Air F-rce, the US N-vy, University
of A-aska and the  deeply sinister Defense -dvanced Research Projects Agency
(-ARPA) - which is  bouncing incredible powerful radio waves off the 
ionosphere
and back to earth.

The plan is to suppress this sub-reality through electromagnetic and 
microwave
pollution among many other  things and then fill the atmosphere at our 
levels
with radio waves and thought communications within brain frequencies to 
implant
realities and perceptions, even memories, into the population.

Not only is it the 'plan', it is  already happening.

These compulsory fluorescent lights also produce radio waves and they are
part of this cocktail of sources constructing the sub-reality that also 
include the
contents of chemtrails.

Another thing  to seriously remember is that information can be passed 
through
the electric wiring in your home and thus be transmitted in frequency pulses
and radiation while you have no idea that this is happening.

Look at technologies like HomePlug in which the electrical wires in your 
home
are used distribute  broadband Internet, HD video, digital music and other
applications (information in others words).

If the ability to use household electrical circuits to transmit information
exists, which it obviously does, then have no doubt that the Control System
will be employing that with technology way more advanced than anything we
see in the public arena.

What if these fluorescent lights are aimed at delivering that  information
to the human mind at frequencies necessary to connect at a  subconscious,
subliminal level. Far fetched? What is far-fetched any more given the world 
we
are seeing emerging by the day? It is possible at the very, very least.

One thing is for sure - there is something big-time in this fluorescent 
light
frenzy for the Control System. You don't ban the incandescent  alternatives 
in
the face of the blatant health and environmental consequences of fluorescent
lighting unless there is something involved that is vital to your desired
outcome of human control and perception manipulation.

Once again,  humans overwhelmingly just sit back and take it. But then
acquiescence can be  transmitted, too.
