Dude, you need to get a life.
There is a reason the military does things out of the sight of people
like you. It's called OPSEC, among other things.
You may think you are being cute by sneaking around getting pics of
planes without markings, etc. But did it occur to you that someone
who isn't a friend of this country may see your pictures and blow a
covert operation?
To you it's a game - to those involved it could be life or death.
Anyway - I suggest you take a moment to think about what you are
doing. If you want to scramble around watching interesting planes in
strange locations - go for it and have fun.
But could you please keep it to yourself?

Clearly you know zero about opsec. It is up to the operation to create
a secure environment. Blaming some guy in the field with a scanner is
like saying the dog ate my homework. Get a freakin' clue. These people
are not stupid. They have to assume they are being monitored at all
times.
A friend mentioned were he in charge of their security he would have a
carpentry crew around to build fake aircraft for you boys to ogle...
Are you so naive that you don't think they could set up Have Quick for
all these flights and be scanner proof? Crack a freakin' book and
learn a little about communications.
For all you know there are a couple of bored guards chatting away like
pilots just to tweak you loons..
