Some of these groups seem to be wastebins for windbags, but this
particular thread is actually interesting. Pierre Robert may well be
young, but there is a great deal of cloak and dagger surrounding this
character. Until recently I was part of a research team for an
international political magazine. In 2008 we were looking into
military think tanks, which included (fully legal) surveillances of
the headquaters of RAND and the Aerospace Corporation.

In september 2008 our photographer caught a few shots of a former
Secretary of Defence, as he arrived at RAND along with a very young
man. We presumed the young man to be an assistant, but later we
learned, that he was in fact the only speaker at a conference attended
by some pretty serious players. Six weeks later we spotted him again
in El Segundo in the company of board members of the Aerospace
Corporation. A source identified the man as Pierre Robert.

So we began to investigate this person, but got almost nothing. He is
associated with an organization called Killmars, which is reported to
control large funds and appears to be a space venture. A website
called killmars.org exists, but it looks a bit crude and requires a
password to access.
