   NEWSLETTER #110 FROM RUTH AND THE MASTERS OF LIGHT
                                November, 2011


            Good Morning everyone!  Summer is over and, for many of you,
that is a great relief from the storms and harsh weather conditions
of the past months.  A gentle Fall season has started here in the
foothills and the trees are golden amongst the evergreen pines.
Doesn't seem fair that our East Coast should be having blizzards and
high amounts of snowfall!
Hope everyone is OK!   I have finished several weeks of testing that
proved that my heart is in good shape and my blood system is
running just fine.
Guess you're stuck with me for a long time yet!  Payson is still
pretty listless regarding employment, no building going on to speak
of, and so many depending upon food stamps, etc. We help our
grandchildren when we can.  Our chimney has been cleaned and
our wood shed is full.  Hope all of you are ready for the coming
winter.   A little early to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving, but I
do.  We have so much to be grateful for, especially our ability to
work through the present difficulties and help others do the same.

            MASTERS:   There is an important fluctuation progressing
through the atmosphere around the Earth now a heightening of
frequencies that is even now resulting in the disturbing of weather
and climatic patterns.  The unusual snowfalls on the U.S. East
Coast is the forerunner of these changes, so be aware of forecasts
that seem unbelievable.   Ground movements throughout the
North American Continent will start to be more pronounced as
the weeks go by, but we do not see anything of a large magnitude.
Arctic ice floes will not form as fast as normal, due to the rising
temperatures of the northern seas.  The outbreaks of earthquakes
all over the world along the old, and new, fault lines are the
effects of the Earth's inner furnaces responding to these
frequencies.  Turkey's quakes will continue for a few more days,
and more quakes will be experienced all over the Middle East.
Africa's Great Rift will be seen to open new cracks and Iceland's
deep volcanic surges will cause volcanoes there to erupt very
soon.   The gentle quakes along the U.S. West Coasts will
continue this month, with the probability of a strong quake near
the end of the month.  The volcanoes may be seen to emit some
steam and ash during this time.   The Pacific islands will
continue to experience quakes and volcanic eruptions as
these ancient volcanic mountains heat up deep in the crust.
Sea levels will vary from week to week, but the Canaries are
very likely to lose their land.   South America is even now
experiencing many quakes and volcanic eruptions as this
entire continent is being shifted far below.  Lowlands are in
danger of serious flooding.  All of the seas around the world
are experiencing changes in their normal current patterns,
reflecting the vibrations from the land and undersea mountains.
Ship captains are having to be very, very aware of unusual
wave action.
         Yes, the Sun has a lot to do with all of this, as it has been
heating up over the last year. If it seems brighter than usual
at times, it is.  We do not see a big quake along the Madrid
fault yet, but those who live in these states should be aware
that that danger does exist.  Building on top of a major fault
line is not a good idea.
           Don't panic!   All of these changes have been foretold
from ages past, and will continue to happen until the planet
returns to its normal orbit around the Sun.  It is simply a
matter of accepting the weather and listening to your
wonderful advanced system of global communication to
understand what is happening and where.   If you live in
quake-prone areas, keep your emergency supplies up to
date; if you live near volcanoes, do the same.  Simply be
aware of what is happening around you and make your plans
ahead of time of where to move and what to do.

           All of the northern continents will be experiencing very
cold winter weather this month, and, of course, into
December.  Southern Continents will find unusual and much
drier weather conditions.

            This is the time for humanity to realize that all of these
frequency changes are also the cause of the tremendous surge
of restlessness and the need for a different and better way of
life for millions of people, including even the nations of the
world.  Struggles for leadership will continue to swamp
television and all modes of communication, until there will be
a Light of understanding that will bring some peaceful
solutions and a big sigh of relief!   You are all engrossed in
these challenges to transform your world into a way of peace
and Love.   Let us help you ask for our guidance, then listen to
it!

Dear Readers:  The subject matter for these newsletters has
always been to help humanity learn to realize their own s-iritual
background and how to live life with love and self -reliance.
However, the reality of the Occupy Wall Street and global protest
movements have become a matter of importance to almost all
of us.  The web is full of predictions about our banks failing
commencing November 15th.   I am asking the Masters to
comment on these movements and the possible monetary
failures as to their importance and realistic relation to
economic failure or reconstruction of the U.S. and the
rest of the world.

MASTERS: There is a time within the birth of a new species
and world that the concepts of governing and economic
opportunities come to a place where the opinions of too
many upset the balance of the need against  unrestrained
greed for all concerned.  This is what is happening all over
your world right now.  As we have been saying to you
regarding the rising of frequencies that affect the minds of
human beings, the old teachings and restrictive g-vernmental
practices are being strongly questioned and r-belled against.
The uprisings in the Middle East are a strong factor that is
spreading the discomfort of all inadequate practices, whether
they be gove-nmental or economic.  The spread between the
have and the have-nots has become so visible that even your
largest nations are now experiencing protests against their
monetary systems.
  To begin with, although there is a strong danger of b-nk
failures and stock markets going heels-up, we are seeing that
global awareness of what is happening is bringing to the
front those who do have the knowledge and inner guidance
to find solutions that will ease most of these situations and
keep the financial world at least crawling upward toward
answers that will set up completely new management
directions that will gradually spread to all nations and even
the smaller countries that are having the same problems.
  Astrologic readings are frightening now, as they are reflecting
the same problems from a long time ago, but realize that the
stars do not control human actions it is given to i-carnated
s-ul beings to control their lives and situations with their
inner wisdom and accrued knowledge, regardless of where
the stars are dancing.   This is an a-e of rapid advancement
in science and knowledge of the Earth's movements in the
universe.
  It is occurring so fast that the minds of humanity are placed
into situations they are having trouble understanding.  There
is fear and anger toward the old ways and strong reservations
about accepting new laws or concepts that have not been
proven to be beneficial to all layers of society.  The protesters
are bringing these things to light to those who govern and
control the wealth of all, and who must now begin to
understand that the world's resources must be shared as
equally as possible, according to the willingness of all people
to work and earn their own income in a fair economy.   Will
the ba-ks fail and the sky fall in the next month or so?  No.
Watch for some drastic measures to be taken by those who
control these things, for the high-born will not let their golden
walls fall around them.  If our advice is asked for, simply
hunker down and spend as little as you can.
  The drain on incomes is not helped by the brainless spending
for questionable entertainment, negative gaming,
s-x-oriented fancy clothing, alcoholic pleasures, etc., etc.   Pay
attention to where the money is really going!
TV commercials are ruling the minds of too many who are
searching for something the something is within, not on TV.
Only buy what you can pay for, if at all possible.  Those who
are now campaigning for votes in the next election are
desperately trying to find answers to the economic problems
and some of them will come up with concepts that will really
work.
It is now up to humanity to listen to their own inner response
to these ideas and put together a new way of gove-ning that
will bring about the new world that everyone is shouting about!
It is all up to you!
