I am reading Richard D-lan's book "UFO's and the National S-curity
State, Volume One" and I came across a section about James
F-rrestal. I had come across his tragic story before. He was the first
S-cretary of State as the armed forces were brought together after
WWII. What makes him unique is that he seemed to have a serious
mental breakdown and to have k-lled himself by hanging himself from
the window of the National N-val Medical Hospital in Bethesda. But
there are many inconsistencies to these events. Why did he ki-l
himself on the day of his release? Why did his brother deny that he
had a mental breakdown? Why was the bathroom sash wrapped around
his neck but not tied to the radiator, supposedly breaking and sending
him on a fall down several stories? This was a turbulent time on many
fronts, intelligence agencies fighting each other, m-litary branches
fighting each other, the rise of Israel, the cold w-r with C-mmunism
intensifying and then the constant detection of UFO's just added to
the confusion. With many theories going around on who may have
kil-ed him, Z-onists, Co-munists, domestic intel-igence agencies, domestic
mi-itary agencies, I was wondering if the Zeta's could shed some light
on what happened. Was he -illed for what he knew? He had stated that
he was going to write a book once he left the hospital. According to
the intelligence sources at the time, it was stated that the s-crecy
level of UFO's was "two steps higher than the H-bomb." As the Zeta's
have mentioned, this was the critical period in time that extraterrestrials,
both good and bad, had made contact with the U.S. g-vernment. Was
he involved in this contact that closely?

sets up a top-se-ret U.S. gover-ment operation called "Majestic

James Vincent Forr-stal (February 15, 1892 - May 22, 1949) was the
last Cabinet-level U-ited States Secret-ry of the N-vy and the first
Un-ted States Secre-ary of Def-nse. In 1947, Pre-ident Harry S. Tr-man
appointed him the first Uni-ed States Secr-tary of D-fense. In 1949,
angered over Forres-al's continued opposition to his de-ense economization
policies, and concerned about reports in the press over his mental
condition, Tr-man abruptly asked For-estal to resign. By March 31,
1949, For-estal was out of a job. Presiden- Tr-man's decision to
dismiss him as Secretary of De-ense on March 31, 1949 is said to
have caused him to suffer a "nervous breakdown", a charge denied
by For-estal's brother.

The sensitivity of the UFO problem meant that For-estal's mental
deterioration was a real se-urity risk.

Forre-tal was of course thrown or dropped to his de-th, after having been
dr-gged to silence any screams, as has long been suspected. Dr-gging and
institutionalizing someone is a favored means of silencing a leak. In some 
cases
the leak complies and is spared, but in most cases the issue progresses to

as-assination. The only issue open for speculation in For-estal's case is 
the
exact reason for his dea-h sentence. After having been given such a central 
role
in the formation of the new Department of Defe-ce, and in the formulation of
M-12 under the direction of Pre-ident Trum-n, how did he fall out of favor

who had the authority to order his dea-h? This was a case where
Fo-restal became arrogant and over confident in the power he wielded. He
knew where the bodies were buried, so to speak, and was completely versed in
the full history of the Roswell saga. Trum-n wanted to enforce fiscal 
restraint
on the burgeoning D-D, and Forr-stal resisted. Forres-al also feared being
removed by the new incoming Pre-ident Elect, Dew-y. We have relayed that

Can the Zetas give an explanation of the Bell Witch Haunting in
Tennessee 1817-1828? What was this being that terrorized the Bell
family? The Zetatalk explanation of Poltergeists does seem to explain
some early things like the wall knockings and bed sheets pulling but
not all happenings here. How could the being appear as animals, give
physical abuse, develop a voice and have intelligent conversations,
shake hands with people, stop horses and carriages from moving...
etc. like the Pat Fitzhugh book The Bell Witch: The Full Account and
other books claim to have happened?

According to the legend, the first reported manifestation of the
haunting occurred in 1817 when John Bell, Sr., encountered a
strange animal in a cornfield on his large farm in Robertson County,
on the Red River, near Adams, Tennessee. Bell shot at the animal,
described as having the body of a dog and the head of a rabbit. At a
later date the Bell family claimed to hear knocking and gnawing
noises on the outside walls of their house.
These noises eventually moved inside the dwelling. Some time after
the noises began, Betsy Bell (the family's youngest daughter) claimed
to have been as-aulted by an invisible force. The legend continues
with the poltergeist gaining strength, moving various objects about,
speaking and having conversations with the family and guests. It
identified itself as "Kate Batts", a neighbor of the Bells that John
had apparently upset in some way.
The Bell Witch story is a classic example of poltergeist activity,
and though carried forward with some exaggeration, particularly
in the movie rendition, is a true story. As we have explained,

Theta brain waves of a very angry person. Those humans capable
of producing these waves to the degree necessary at times learn
to demonstrate this on the stage, moving objects sufficiently to
amaze the audience. But such demonstrations rarely reach the
drama of the real thing - rage, great fury, unleashed. The Bell Witch
saga has been correctly analyzed to point to Betsy, who was molested
by her socially prominent father. Betsy was unable to accuse her
father in the society of the day, and feared repeated molestations,
r-pe in fact. Any attempt by the family or friends to rid the household
of the entity throwing objects about failed as the entity was within
Betsy, who was the victim. That a witch was suspected was due
to the truth being known to the slaves and thus a neighbor woman
with a grudge against the father appeared to be cursing him. The
poltergeist activity only abated when the truth came out and the father
was in decline.

I have read the ZetaTalk response to the earth rotational stoppage
and see that we would not "fall off" and possible not even notice if
the slow down is gradual, but would not the converse be true, that
is, would the pressure not build up when the planet's rotation stops
if the centrifugal effect of the rotation is to pull us out under normal
conditions.
Perhaps making one feel "heavy". Maybe I just don't understand the
principals of gravitational force completely enough but if someone can
enlighten me. I am always aware of the effects of any change to a
system when something changes outside of the normal so it would
seem to me that something must change during the stoppage, perhaps
the Zetas could expand on this.

Nancy is not a math person and thus does not translate concepts well
in math, but we will say this. To compute the effect of a LACK of 
centrifugal
force on your current state of gravity pull, simply compute the centrifugal
force and compare that to the pull of gravity, using your human math. This

centrifugal force pulls you outward. Removing the latter should  increase
the gravity pull slightly but there are other factors at place during this
time.

Is it the mysterious sound of the so-called coming Apocalypse? Some think
that the mysterious sound heard in Costa Rica at around 12:30am this morning
is exactly that. It is important to note that this is not the wind nor was 
it
filmed anywhere near the ocean. The sound was heard throughout the entire
country from Heredia to Perez Zeledon. The Costa Rica Volcanologist and
Seismologist Organization is saying there is no Earth movements recorded at
the time of the strange sound.

There is a subset of the Caribbean Plate called the Panama Plate, though 
this
subset moves as one with the Caribbean Plate. Nevertheless, there is a
fault line running through Costa Rica, and during the incessant pressure of
the slow moving S American roll, fault lines can pull apart and bang back 
together
again, like clapping. As the recent cold spells in India reveal, the N Pole 
of
Earth is pushed violently away when the Sun is over New Zealand and the
magnetic N Pole of Earth (currently over Siberia) comes up over the horizon.
This equates to midnight in Costa Rica, which is when the drums were heard.
Residents there should get used to these midnight drums, which will be with
them for some time.

My question concerns how the river is very greatly increase the flood 
(sinking).

other countries. The fact is that if it were not for the river, flooding in 
Thailand
would not affect two thirds of the country. The same thing happens in other

Can the Zetas tell how far should stay away from rivers?
Mekong and Chao Phraya river so badly swollen that flooded vast territories.
We do not know how much the river can swell and flooding vast areas.
Flooding inland in northern Thailand much preceded any sinking in
Bangkok, as the inland river blockage was due to a sideways crush the
Sunda Plate was experiencing. The pressure on the Sunda Plate is not
only a push down, slipping under the curve of the Indo-Australian Plate that
runs under Sumatra and Java, but also a push sideway, into accordion folds.

the inland flooding in Thailand was due to blocked river drainage. Mankind
is used to thinking of his rivers as though they have always flowed thus, 
but
the meandering course of rivers, written in the landscape, shows this to be
otherwise. Rivers flow today to the low land and thence to the sea. But
water seeks its level and if the river bottoms heave, preventing draining 
along
the established route, then what? In most cases, an alternate route is
taken, but in many cases an inland lake forms until the water climbs high
enough that an alternate outlet can be found. How else have inland lake
formed?
Such heaving river bottoms, blocking drainage, are most notable of late
in Thailand, where a relaxation of the accordion fold there allowed the
inland lakes to drain toward Bangkok - the great flood of Bangkok so much
in the news of late. This type of blockage, and periodic release of trapped
waters, is occurring in S America where mountain building in the North
Andes is occurring, and in the Himalayan foothills. This cannot be 
accurately
predicted, as to what river might be blocked, what alternate drainage
might be taken, or the length of time the situation might endure. There
are simply too many variables!
