 This tells how large the power center core is for this mothership.

Directly down through the center of the great ship, all levels share
a circular shaft or center core which is a power reactor throughout
the craft.
However, one must remember that the activating source of power
comes from the Universe itself, this is but a c-annel to proper
sources.  The power center core is roughly 200 feet or so in diameter.
(I'm not good at that distinction)  Its outer shell contains several
primary elevators (or large lifts) for interlevel transportation.  A
few larger lifts are restricted for Quartermaster and maintenance
use.  At each level, the power center is surrounded by a spacious
lounging area, beautifully furnished and shared by all divisions of
that level.

Generally speaking, the ship's furnishings are simple and sharp in
design.
White is the predominant color, contrasted with stirring tones of
orange or reds or blues, and much yellow.  The colors are all pure,
not muddied or muted.  In earth terms, the decor would be
described as ultra modern, with its gleaming use of a glasslike
substance similar to our Lucite accessories.

Transportation is interesting.  The perimeter of each level is
circumvented with a roadway which is used to arrive at
different  areas or sections of the level, not unlike the traffic
beltways that surrounded earth cities.
Parked all along this outer roadway (at each level) are unending
lines of little transporting vehicles accessible for all to use,
somewhat reminiscent of earth motorcycles with sidecars,
but these are of course silent in their maneuvering.  (Talk
about h-aven!)  From the center core lounges to the outer core
roadway, there are four other major connective roadways,
which symbolically combine with the power panel circle to
form the four nodes of the Solar Cross symbol, as one looks
down on it.

(I cannot include the diagram in the book. But it looks like
a circle on the outside, with a cross through the middle.

side of the cross has 3 pie-like sections, numbered 1 - 12.

This is close.

Two lesser routes divide each quadrant identified as
number 1 through 12.
Thus, locating anything is totally simple, being identified
as 12/4, which would represent level twelve, section
four;  8/6 would be level eight, sixth section, and so on.

Friends, when you see the sky blackened with thousands
of small craft coming in to carry you to these great cities,
be not afraid.  See instead, the end to all the tears you
have shed, those tears of despair which came from a
heart grieving for a gentler time; a safe haven from a
world of harshness.
These ships mean your deliverance!  They mean that
the time of love and beauty you have p-ayed for has
arrived!  So reach out your hand in gratitude to your
loving Father because he indeed 'many mansions', prepared
and waiting for you from the foundation of the world.

Soon comes the day, when we ascend
Waving Love to Earth, our dear Friend
All doubt forever...in the past
De-th's shadow now...no longer cast
Hear the words, of our Father, from out,
the Great Sun,
"Welcome Home, my child,....
well done, well done."
