Subject: Ascension.

 Here is what one person thinks ascension could be like.

A week or so ago, my friend, Helen, how I thought Ascension would occur. At
that time, I couldn't answer, but many thoughts ran through my head. I have
read many channelings on this, but none really stood out. Last night, the
entire night was devoted to showing me what would happen. I asked if the
information could be ch-nneled through me so that I could inform as many as
possible of the process. This is what I was shown...........

The process itself will take between 24 and 36 hours as it circles the
planet due to the differing time zones and sleep times. The shift will occur
during the normal sleep time hours in each time zone. We will go to sleep as
usual, but awaken in the higher frequencies. In some cases sleep time will
be longer than normal so as to make any last minute cellular changes Looking
out a window upon awakening, things will not seem too much different other
than it will seem much brighter than usual; no smog, no chemtrails, no
clouds, a different venue perhaps, but the difference will be within
ourselves.

All our worries will be gone, our cares removed. Joy, peace, and love will
fill our thoughts. Love, laughter, and celebration will fill us with
Creator's joy and we will simply "know" everything will be all right; that
the change has occured, and the new a-e was here.

Our memories will be cleared of past traumas, hurts, grievances, pain. We
will simply "know" our frequencies have been upgraded and we are ready to
change, to tune into the new that is being created - that we are helping to
create.

We have worked so hard to upgrade ourselves and change out of third
dimensional vibrations of duality. At Ascension the change will permanantly
take affect. Many new thoughts on how to live in this new level will assail
us, but guidance will be provided from those who have gone before. We will
not be abandoned. But many new vistas will be opened to us.

The slate will have been wiped clean. Only positive choices will prevail.
Many new vistas will be open to us. Planet wide these changes will occur.
Everyone will be given the chance to live in the ascended frequencies. It is
up to each s-ul whether to accept and integrate the new frequencies or to
slip back into the lower, more familiar frequency of duality. Animals, pets,
children, family members, friends......all will make their individual choice
from the so-l level. Eventually another opportunity will open for Ascension
for those who choose not to advantage themselves of this opportunity.

I wish I could show you pictures of the clearness and brightness of the
visions I was given, but I am at a loss for words and not an artist. I did
not see much in the way of concrete structures, nor any fossil fuel vehicles
anywhere, but assume housing and transportation would be provided. I did see
beautiful trees and flowers, many animals and millions of people in
attitudes of great joy. All appeared to have physical bodies, although none
seemed to be misshapen, ill or infirm. I did not take that to mean that the
old or infirm had not ascended, but rather they had shed any outer
distortions and the true beauty of the form an soul had been restored.

I was so ecstaticly happy to be in the ascended state that I did not want to
return to 3-D even for a little while, but was told I needed to come back to
let others know what to look forward to.

So do not f-ar the ascension process. It has been planned down to the
tiniest detail to make it an easy and enjoyable experience. We can begin now
to talk to those who have gone before us, and in this way bring the
integration of all sou-s closer.

Hopefully this will open more of you to the same and even greater visions
than I have been given. What we can visualize, we can manifest - especially
if it is for the greater good of all.

Please share this vision with as many others as possible. Spread hope, love,
joy, and peace everywhere you go. It is going to happen. It is Happening
now.
