It's spelled 'astronaut'.
His last name was McDivitt.
The flight was Gemini-4 in 1965, not 1966.
The image is from a cine film sequence taken by Ed White observing the
Titan-2 booster's second stage they just separated from, as McDivitt has
patiently explained again and again and again -- why have you covered up
some evidence and falsified the rest? Are you deliberately deceiving, or
just incompetent?

I stand severly corrected. Thanks for pointing out the above. I guess it is
a mixture of incompetance and laziness, nobody's perfect. I have removed the
image.

"A large object filmed next to the moon, during an Apollo Mission." --  This
is still from a cine film taken as Apollo-16 leaves the Moon, and in motion
it shows the image bouncing around, exactly as window reflection would, but
not as an 'object' out the window would.

Point taken - clip removed.

Daren - why remove the clips?

You found them interesting until JimO and Damian pointed out the problems.
If you keep the clips on your page with their (and/or similar) comments they may
help others to be more critical when selecting what they regard as good
evidence. ie let what you learn help others who are where you were when you
started this thread.

You may develop a good collection, segregated into good, ambiguous, mistaken,
hoaxed, pending ... whatever you want.

I agree with Damien and Enigma -  make your page, and your work on it,
worthwhile.
Notice that  when JimO pointed out some errors he at least half expected some
"criticism" in return - " you'll just ignore the challenge or call me names."
Your response proved him wrong.

Expect criticism (both constructive and abusive). Filter it, learn from the
constructive, ignore the malicious and the abusive.

taken on, and any way that somebody less gullible than a drooling
eager-believer UFO nut can verify it? Nope, you can't -- you'll just ignore

This clip was taken from a VHS tape by Michael Hesemann, "UFOs: The Secret
Evidence". During the few seconds in which that specific clip is playing,
there is no audio commentary. A few clips are strung together with a general
commentary along the lines of  "These were taken by astronauts, blah, blah".

I have removed the clip, until I can get more info on it. It is still
available, by checking the source code of the page, the html has been
remarked out.

I suppose I should take more care when researching stuff for the site, and I
thank you again for taking the time to cast a critical eye over it. I am now
off to eat a large portion of humble pie.
