The SciFi channel's two-hour program, "Out of the Blue", first aired on
June 24, 2003, <snip>

el: "Where was this documentary, since it was copyrighted in 2002?"

Jim, the Phoenix incident is really two incidents. For the most part the
UFO phenomena is entertaining. But, I am open minded to the evidence, if
it can be demonstrated. The point I would like to make is that I saw the
Phoenix craft earlier than the Phoenix event, and at a location more
than 150 miles away from the Valley.

el: "Actually, with this reply you are making it three incidents!
'Cause originally, it was just the Phoenix "Lights" and later a
triangular craft of which a real grainy night video was made and shown
many times on TV. Of course, when you see this video you cannot believe
it's anything but human jet aircraft 'cause it's a sloppy triangle with
the obvious more-than-one human craft going in and out of a triangular
formation, a la Hudson Night Siege."

There was a lot of bullshit that went on in the aftermath, not the least
of which were the flares that were dropped that evening. The digital
image company that put together the artist rendition was just wrong.
That wrong is somewhat the picture the documentary presented. It did
match the flare configuration from the second incident. Only one witness
(in the doccumentary) described the thing I saw, the pilot who saw it
outside of Phoenix.
I saw that thing lit by the local airport beacon, it was strait above,
hovering, still wet from the rain, with no sound and no lights on. I got
a good long look. It is huge! Amazing though, its skin is constructed
with faceted panels and rivets like you see in commercial air craft,
which likely rules out ET sources. That is my observation and brief
description.

el: "Never heard of this before! And, also, very few mention the
Phoenix "Lights" in the same breath with the location matching daylight
video that proves beyond a doubt that the "Lights" were flares beyond
the range of mountains. This situation is almost identical to the
Roswell crap where there are witnesses that swear they saw the flares as
real alien craft when we all know that no one in Phoenix looked up and
saw anything. The flares were visible only from the opposite mountains
where the main and most famous video was shot from."
