                                     MEDITATION

*** HENRIETA: She sent the energy around and it was flowing smoothly
but slowly. It was of golden color and then became a greenish blue and
as it went higher and around and at the level of our head, all the
energy merged around three white pillars. Above the pillars was a
large golden crown and this is a sign for the future; I was told. This
will overshadow all that is now out of balance and help change views
of many leaders. As the crown split, flutes emerged from under these
crown. Finally 7 crowns appeared. There are 7 countries in the world
that these crowns will be given to, and one will stay here in Canada.
Under the crown was a jelly like substance and it was jiggling. This
jelly then covered Henrieta's whole kitchen. Henrieta saw Gayle and
white dogs. The dogs were gentle and she patted them and got energy
charge from them. We all touched the dogs and were told they will
bring us the right energy. She then heard; go up. In the center of the
circle three pillars were formed and connected so that we all managed
to stand on top of them. Henrieta was then told. "Now find 8 new stars
that are put there." As she searched for the stars she returned back
to the room.
                                       
                                          CHANNELING
  

*** GAYLE: Hello. It is so much fun with human beings that are not in
our realm, yet you are part of us. We play with you with love. We do
this to show you our playful side. You are in physical form at this
time, however you spend much time in our realm. This also helps  you
learn your lessons so much faster. In our realm, all is in the NOW.
What happened to you many eons ago is NOW. In our realm, you can
instantly have all your information, you get all your knowledge. Human
beings are now discovering this, Indigo children are also learning
this. One of your tasks is to help others open those doors. Introduce
others into those realms yours and ours. You are not alone, and when
you do this you help others to have more compassion and understanding.
You have problems on the earth plane, but now many human beings travel
between the two realms and help leaders and other people that need
help. 

It may seem there may be disasters and from the human beings view, it
is disaster. That is all in the plans however and by being between the
two realms much help is given. Also when visiting our realm, you will
know all your lives. We constantly send you love, laughter and joy.
Joy is great, living is great, many lives is great and the universe is
joy. 

It is important that humans help others travel between the realms. All
is one as you know. It is also important to know that everything in
all lives is joy. There are those who know that it is possible to move
back and forth within dimensions, but when they were shown or reminded
of this knowledge, it is also necessary to remind the souls they have
a responsibility to help others. As each human begins to move between
the realms, it is with caution at first. As they become more familiar
they do it with greater ease. This is where you and your earth friends
are now. Again, we want to remind you that with this experience comes
responsibility. Each of you have a responsibility to help others,
assure them of the safety and share the love. Indigo children as well
as those more advanced already know this. However, they are not too
sure how much they should share. Again you have the gift to remind
them that they have the responsibility to help. As you realize, there
is no gift without responsibility. We are with you to guide you and
remind you of this ability.  Moving between realms it helps the
learning become to be more complete. For now, we wish you joy and
happiness.

                                  HENRIETA FOR MICHAEL

Hello, here is Michael speaking. Yes, I have to agree, you are still
human beings and have many doubts. Your friends (The Path ) have the
patience to tell you" Yes do it, it will be alright. When you ask me
for advice I tell you; do what you see or feel is right  and go ahead.
I can reach your minds. When you feel ill you say; what is wrong, why
me? - and run to a doctor. No wonder on the earth plane all the
physicians and surgeons are laughing. They take your money. Your body
is made to heal itself, but you don't believe it. Today you may say, I
understand, tomorrow you ask, what can I do? I think I should go left,
no, I don't feel I should go where I think. There is too much
hesitancy in your lives. Live your life and let it to take its course.
Trust yourself more and your deeper feelings that are there to guide
you on your chosen path. You do not even love yourself enough. I watch
you; you look in the mirror and instead of saying; hello, I love you.
You say; I think I have a pimple, my hair doesn't look right, why am I
so short, why am I so tall? Is this is the love you give yourself,
always finding faults with the body which you have created. Let your
light shine. 

I am one of those no nonsense personsonalities. I only come in when I
feel I am needed. All of you need me at this moment. Some of you need
to be straightened out, some need to be settled down and reach deeper
inside. Go with what you have. It is all you get this lifetime, and
you've got it all. Look back and will see that your life has been all
good, so why complain. You say about us; they keep on repeating
things. If we don't repeat, it won't get into your head. 

We often hear you say; that poor soul died. But you should realize
that this person is happier than you. Look at nature, the flowers,
they all are beautiful because they grow the way they were meant to
grow. This is what we want you to do. Go on, and stop overacting. Go
with the Real You. Tell yourself; I am happy, I am great, and I will
not complain ever again, in this or any other lifetime. Most of you
have gone through many experiences in other lifetimes so this is why
you are now the ones that are ready to give out light. You are there
to open the way for the children that are coming and those already
there. Help them and this can only be done by shining your light. Give
out this light and above all give love to yourself. Talk to that body,
go through the body and heal it. 

I'll come again. If you want energy, draw from me anytime, anywhere.
I'll give it with laughter and help at the times you really need it.
Although, keep on doing what you are doing now and follow your path.
All of you are facing in the right direction so stay with it. Now I
let your friends (the Path) come back. Thanks for listening.
