<snip>With all due respect to (Mr. Ed)
Lopez, it is because I am sick and tired
of beating the dead (ufo) horse. Arguing
with them is an exercise in futility.
I wasn't going to bother opening your reply 'cause this thread is not of
interest to me. However, I'm not a SETI supporter and I've posted my
reasons why so I won't belabor the issue. I appreciate your respect but
I want to tell you that this tired old horse cannot be beat. When it
comes to the reality of UFOs you are on the losing end. I'm not a
_believer_, I'm an experiencer so it goes beyond belief to knowing.
Anyone who claims that UFOs are not real, etc., is on the losing end.
Now, do not confuse this with aliens. I'm talking strictly about aerial
objects that are not the result of human engineering, which defy all
known aerodynamic behavior. And I have no idea who or what or where
they originate. I saw them, that's all I know. So, while someone's POV
is always of interest, denying a reality is of no consequence to me.
You and I have never "argued" about UFOs so I don't see how you can say
that it is an exercise in futility. Unless, of course, you are an oldie
on these NGs, known to me by another name.
