Update from The REAL Galactic Federation and The Spiritual Hierarchy

     Selamat Jarin! We arrive, dear Hearts! Around you, the vast 
alteration of your world has been continuing for more than eight 
millennia. During the past two decades, this change began to 
accelerate. In the last five years, this operation has resulted in a 
series of agreements and the formation of a number of critical 
alliances, created out of the formerly unified cabals that were at the 
heart of the Anunnaki's earthly minions. As we have explained in 
earlier messages, these groups are now severely divided. A plan, 
designed by our earthly allies, is under way to ensure that the last 
remaining cabal, still dedicated to its old, evil ways, is stripped of 
its vast power. This project has taken far too long for our liking. 
However, a major part of this operation involves the re-education of 
all concerned. It is important for you to realize that our primary 
agenda remains first contact. In that context, we petitioned your 
Ascended Masters and duly requested that this present scheme be 
completed as soon as divinely possible. For this reason, we expect some 
astounding events to unfold quite soon. 

     This series of actions is a major part of our present first 
contact scenarios. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to alter our main 
scenario. We are determined to transform your present reality and the 
severe restrictions it puts on you every day. The untold abundance that 
is capable of achieving this grows daily in value. Now, this 
unimaginable sum is about to be disbursed. This act will end the need 
for you to be accountable to your former masters. It will usher in a 
golden new era. It will transform your core perceptions and allow a new 
and freer world to be established. Among the many extraordinary changes 
will be our formal introduction, which has compelled us to enter into 
agreements with our earthly allies and wait for the divine right time 
in which to intervene, directly, in your affairs. To us, you are a 
society that has reached a special turning point in your development. 
For you, this crucial point is either to retreat into even greater 
darkness or to move forward and fully accept the Light. Your local 
Spiritual Hierarchy and this galaxy's heavenly Administrations 
graciously assure us that for you, the divine plan is to move fully 
into the Light. 

     This brings us to what we are doing to promote these matters. We 
have already given you a brief overview of our galactic human culture. 
This culture is similar to that now found in Agharta. It is the last, 
true vestige of the culture of Lemuria. Its present mission is to 
observe surface world societies and to assist in their transformation 
toward the Light. To do so, we dispatched to the surface a number of 
secret emissaries and liaisons, whose task is to inform selected 
persons, powers and organizations of the divine messages given by the 
Ascended Masters to Agharta. Recently, these messages have been helped 
along by the actual intervention of your Ascended Masters. When they 
appear, the Ascended Ones will make it crystal-clear to anyone that a 
new world of Light is soon to dawn. In the past, the peoples of Agharta 
sheltered many who, escaping the surface world, sought their 
protection. They, too, yearn to free the surface world's societies from 
their present travails. Their desire has brought them into a close 
alliance with us. 

     This alliance enabled us to establish many special subterranean 
bases across your globe. These bases form the core of a continual 
worldwide observation of your planet's covert and overt leaders. Right 
now, your world is caught in the midst of a final conflict between this 
last cabal and those who wish to see its powers terminated. Our task, 
and that of Agharta, is to see that this last cabal is stripped of its 
present power positions. To this end, we outlined various 'end-game' 
scenarios. Your Ascended Masters allowed them to be drawn up and the 
operation parameters for their success to be manifested. We wish you to 
know that what now has begun will not last much longer. Means are in 
place that can be quickly implemented when we receive the needed 'go' 
commands. This green light will put in action what we have already 
created. A number of special messages have been sent to your covert 
leaders, clearly setting out the Ascended Masters' agenda and the 
timetable they require. 

     We will be carrying out this operation. The Galactic Federation of 
Light has in its possession tools that can, and have, countered 
technologies exploited by your secret governments. They used these 
exotic weapons for mass mind control, weather manipulation, even to 
cause earthquakes and to heat or cool your land, air and water. 
Moreover, these technologies were put to use to create various diseases 
and to tamper with many of your planet's genetic codes. At one point, 
in fact, a dark planetary neural net was constructed through the use of 
these exotic 'tools'. We have rendered most of it inoperable. While 
previously the Ascended Masters had wished us to limit our 
interference, now, they have increased the degree of our possible 
actions. Every major government on your world has dabbled with these 
'tools' and a few have trained personnel who journeyed to other stars, 
and even time-travelled on this and other worlds. 

     As the net closes around it, this last cabal has worked feverishly 
to conclude its complex, dark agendas. These plans are to promote 
perpetual war against a fictitious 'enemy' (the so-called 'war on 
terrorism') that they had previously created. This is part of their 
effort to discourage all possible opposition to their plan of ending 
any truly free and democratic governance. Once it is completed, they 
intend to implement a comprehensive program that will maintain their 
power forever. This concept runs counter to the Light. Heaven will put 
an end to its profound darkness. The Ascended Masters have clung to a 
multi-stage agenda that will vanquish this last, heinous cabal. We have 
described these points to you in past messages. Now, we have reached 
the final stages, and the time for action approaches! 

     That action demands that you play your part in this operation, and 
remain wholeheartedly committed to, and unwaveringly focused on, our 
future victory. Your world is undergoing a massive revolution. That 
revolution, which had its beginnings in 1776, on the continent of North 
America, has since spread across the globe. The Ascended Master in 
charge of this entire operation is the Comte de Sainte Germaine. It was 
he who inspired the 'Declaration of Independence of the American 
Colonies' and has overseen the growth of democracy in America. Now, he 
intends to see that this cause, which he so graciously has championed, 
progresses to its next level of accomplishment. That level will be to 
free this world from oppression and achieve worldwide recognition of 
personal sovereignty and the creation of global abundance. 

     Unfortunately, although these events are occurring, to ensure 
their success, the timing and the process itself must remain largely 
unknown to you. It is sad that your world works by covert plots and 
hidden actions. Within this unseen realm, activities are being 
manifested that will prepare your reality for its inevitable 
transformation. We prefer a more open approach. However, those who long 
have worked in this world keep us informed concerning its operation. 
They are forging ahead in their methods, and will succeed. Bear in 
mind, dear Hearts, that this procedure is unique to your existing 
world. Once completed, it will mark the end of your present reality. A 
new, transitional world will emerge that will allow us to reveal 
ourselves openly and to gloriously proclaim your divine destiny. That 
moment is not far off! God Bless you all! 

     Today, we have discussed events that are about to be completed. We 
ask you simply to remain fully prepared for what lies ahead. Your world 
is changing, and changing for the better! Already, the final acts of 
the desperate are concluding. Now, the will of Heaven will be done! We 
now take our leave! Bless you, dear Ones! Know, in your Heart of 
Hearts, that the boundless Supply and infinite Prosperity of Heaven is
