: The Great Wall is a matter of faith if you have no evidence to support it's
: existance. Until you provide such evidence, we can only assume that you
: accept it's existance on faith. Which is what makes you a kook, remember?
Mikey also labels anyone who believes in God as a kook. . .
So I guess you can produce some posts from me to that effect from
Google, right liar?
Actually I claim that people afflicted with religiosity are
immature, credulous, naive and in denial about the reality of
their own mortality, but not necessarily kooks. However, people
who use their baseless religious beliefs as justification for all
sorts kooky claims or actions certainly are kooks
well, that broad
brush apints some of his heros or at least thsoe who laid the foundation of
science and physics as kooks:
Quote from Einstein:
Every one who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science," wrote Einstein, "becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the universe - a spirit vastly superior to that of man, and one in the face of which we with our modest powers must feel humble. In this way the pursuit of science leads to a religious feeling of a special sort, which is indeed quite different from the religiosity of someone more naive."
Yawn. Nobody who has actually studied Einstein claims he was
overly religious. A few quotes taken out of context and offered up
by shit-stupid kooks like you who are incapable of comprehending
anything else Einstein ever wrote don't prove anything.
quote from Sir Issac Newton:
"I have a fundamental belief in the Bible as the Word of God, written by men who were inspired. I study the Bible daily.Atheism is.senseless."
Newton lived in a theocracy where you couldn't move in the sort of
circles necessary to make a difference in society unless you were
a practicing member of the Anglican Church at least affected a a
devout belief in the Christian God. Study the man though, and you
will find that he was no religious fanatic.
so the entire realm of science has been fostered on us poor people by "kooks".
No, kooks like you have held back science by clinging to your
silly superstitions. HTH.
