The Mars will approach the earth most closely on August 27 after about

Recently, we can take photographs of the planets just like the earth, the
Mars, etc. directly from the outer space with the Planets Researcher,
Voyagers 1 & 2, the Hubble Universal Astronomical Telescope, and so on.

If we look at the photograph of the Mars taken from the outer space, we

can

see the brown part as the continent, the dark-blue part as the sea, the

part

of the pale blue, which surrounds the surface of the Mars, as the blue
atmosphere, and the white part of the Antarctic area as the Antarctic
Continent just like the photograph of the earth taken from the outer

space.

If we approach the surface of the Mars gradually, it is very possible that
the blue sky, the clouds, the continents, the sea, the forest zones, the
jungles, lakes, swamps, rivers, cities, towns, animals, and humans exist

in

the Mars as well as in the earth.  Actually, the Martians exist and they

are

very intelligent.

From 2003, we should bring up many good global persons, manage our society
and the natural environment in the earth completely, and work very hard to
reach the moral and civilized level enough to join the Federation of the
Planets in This Solar System.  In other words, we should take the general
education and have the wisdom and morality in order to associate with the
Martians and other planets' people equally.
