Fossil dinosaur bone. Note the well-marked, distinctive haversian
systems. Without those, what you have a is a porous rock. Which is
what you have, along with your vaguely gourd-shaped "fossilized gall
bladder", your mishapen lump of stone you call a lung, and a supposed
"cranium" that would have come, if it were a human cranium, from
someone who must have stood 10 feet tall. No doubt proof that "there
were giants in the earth" in those days.
