We are smart enough by now to know that
whatever the "Experts" are going to tell
us, it is going to be lies and distortions.

Nothing like this happens by accident,
study the California energy crisis.

Best guesses are Enron, wall st. insiders
or intel community crowd. Of course
it could also be a HAARP test.

possible

I would think a computer virus or worm could be responsible for the
shutdown. How many of the downed 21 independent systems were
controlled by MS products that could have been affected by the latest
virus circulating the WWW?

NOT possible this is a violation of microsoft licence
__microsoft product__ is NOT usable in mission crtical
nuclear control etc......
(microsoft is game OS)

One thing for certain... this was not an accident... 21 independent
systems do not go down within 3 minutes of each other by accident.

True. But that does not EXCLUDE the intel. agencies
or a sub-set of a military faction; or even
corporate insiders. Although the CIA/NSA/DIA
the military and the corporations are not
mutually exclusive.
