Eleven Statements That Characterizes The Alien Presence
1) Among the thousands of so-called UFO encounters reported around the world,
primarily since the end of World War II, there exists a core group of authentic
anomalous events denoting the presence on Earth of at least several distinct
types of non-human, technically advanced intelligence beings known as aliens.
2) This alien presence represent a monumental political dilemma of a type that
is capable of disrupting the momentum of history on a global scale in completely
unpredictable ways. Because of the disruptive potential of this alien presence,
and because of a probable supposition in official circles that the human race is
incapable of controlling alien activity in any way, there has been an aggressive
international effort to contain or mitigate the damage potential of human-alien
contact by controlling public access and response to UFO and alien information,
through policies of secrecy, deception, denial, and when necessary, terror!
3) The alien presence is the least understood, least recognized but potentially
the most significant of several issues currently pushing our world to a state of
extreme crisis. Two other global issues are nuclear war, which appears to be
residing; and the multiple threats of ecological catastrophe which are on the
rise.
4) Today there is clear evidence that the containment approach to UFO secrecy is
no longer effective. Instead, we citizens are being indoctrinated to the
possibility of wide-spread encounter with alien intelligence in the foreseeable
future. Official custodians of UFO secrecy now seem preoccupied with two main
challenges. First, to minimize the negative consequences of genuine alien
revelations, the timing of which they can neither predict nor prevent. And
second, to minimize the negative consequences of public recognition that these
same official custodians loosely representing government, have committed in
defense of UFO secrecy, gross violations of the public trust, including theft,
fraud and domestic terror.
5) The human future cannot be properly anticipated except with reference to the
profound impact of the alien presence. In like manner, mounting evidence
suggests the human past, the deep antiquity of human origins may also be rooted
in the alien presence. In all likelihood, not only are we not presently alone,
we have never been alone. Perhaps in meeting the aliens, we are meeting our
ancestors the mid-wives, or even the technicians who presided at the very birth
of our species. No human now living can answer these questions with final
authority, however, these questions are already unavoidable. Hopefully, these
questions will take center stage in the philosophical and spiritual evaluation
of humanity on Earth.
6) Inescapable profundity of the alien presence has become a source of social
pathology in our time. As a culture, we have not yet learned how to tell the
truth about something so huge, so strange, and so unexpected. Those individuals
who make an honest effort to deal with this subject , often discover that their
personal stability is at risk. Consequently, the alien presence requires us all
to grow, to become stronger and clearer, and to help one another navigate in a
genuinely new world.

A) The alien presence is real. Evidence overwhelmingly supports the basic claim
that intelligent non-human beings are present on the earth.
B) The alien presence is substantial. There are not just a few compelling
cases, but hundreds and thousands, suggesting that alien entities are here in
large numbers.
C) The alien presence is active and purposeful. Evidence suggests that alien
entities are engaged in a wide variety of activities, some involving human-alien
contact, some involving other earth-based life-forms, geophysical experiments,
and so forth. Many of their actions remain inscrutable, yet some kind of
purpose must motivate them.
D) The alien presence is diverse. Evidence suggests that more than one type of
alien intelligence is functioning on Earth. There may be dozens of different
types, some related to and cooperative with one another, some perhaps wholly
unrelated and even at odds with one another. Some of these beings are probably
true extraterrestrial, visiting form a planet that circles a distant star. Some
may actually be indigenous to the earth, yet belong to an order of being
unrelated to humanity. Some may even traverse parallel dimensions to appear
among us, only to disappear again (as often reported) through esoteric portals
they alone can see.
E) The alien presence is known to elite and secretive groups within the U.S.
government, as well as other major governments. For a variety of reasons, those
who know of it decided decades ago that public revelation of the alien presence
posed an unacceptable risk to social order. Thus, the truth has been hidden
behind the most aggressive and ingenious cover-up in history.

1.) Crop Circles:
Highlights: The crop circle research database records a total of over 3,000
circle formations appearing worldwide since 1980, according to British
researcher, Jenny Randles. The earliest report can be traced to the year 1509.
Approximately 1,800 of those circles have appeared in England, 95 percent of
which were described as single circles or ringed circles. England has also been
the nearly exclusive site of the more elaborate circle designs.
Although eyewitness accounts are rare, about 30 such reports have described
circles being formed at close quarters. At present no existing atmospheric
theory seems to account for the entire phenomenon. Hoaxes became inevitable
once the phenomenon began to attract a lot of publicity. But the failure of
hoax experiments to reproduce genuine-looking circles also rules out that
explanation.
A) Crop formations have been found in more than a dozen countries worldwide
since 1990, including Japan, Australia, Canada, United States, Russia, England
and other European countries.
B) Biochemical and biophysical changes have occurred in plants inside formations
including:
*Lack of embryogenesis (seed development) in spring formations.
*Accelerated growth in summer formations.
*Altering of internal cell structure and the changed angle (bend) of the nodes
of cereal shafts which cannot be accomplished by human science. Growth nodes
bent, cracked or re-oriented.
*Changes in plant cell pits that suggest varying exposure to rapid and intense
energy
*Shriveling of leaf edges, consistent with exposure to rapid and intense energy.
*Leaf and stem cracking which indicate high exposure to heat or an energy that
generates heat in plant tissues.
*Significantly higher ion conductivity at the microfibril level of bract tissue
in formation plants compared to controls.
C) Diatonic ratios which match the white keys on a piano have been discovered
repeatedly in patterns of pure circles with a satellite circles or concentric
rings
D) Original geometry theorems have also been discovered in the simple circles
and concentric rings by adding tangents consistent with Euclidean rules. These
geometries also show diatonic ratios.
E) Crop circles and pictographs are followed by witnessed strange lights near
fields where crops were later found sculptured in geometric and non-geometric
patterns.
F) Small, white, round objects suddenly appearing and moving along the top of
the plants, sometimes disappearing into them and then reappearing, and a similar
white, disk-shaped object moving above a crop formation have been videotaped in
England near Barbury Castle north of Avebury. Other anomalous levitating globes
have been seen traversing above certain crop circle formations have also been
videotaped. Another witness saw a bright orange light he estimated to be about
thirty feet in diameter moving vertically down toward the a field where a circle
was later found, and many witnessed strange lights have been reported near
fields where crops were later found sculptured in geometric and non-geometric
patterns.
2.) Animal Mutilations
A) The worldwide phenomena of animal mutilations without blood, tracks, or signs
of struggle have been reported since the 1960s in Canada, the United States,
Mexico, Central America, South America, Australia, the Canary Islands off the
coast of Africa, parts of Europe and Japan.
B) The first animal mutilation reported by international media was an Appaloosa
mare named Lady found dead and stripped of flesh from the neck up on September
9, 1967 in the San Luis Valley of southern Colorado. A pathologist confirmed
that all chest organs had been removed and the excisions had been made with high
heat.
C) Pathology studies of the 1967 horse and several other mutilated animals since
1989 have confirmed the tissues have been cut with high heat, hot enough to cook
the hemoglobin.
D) Law enforcement has been frustrated since the 1960s by the lack of tracks or
other evidence around dead and mutilated animals. One cow in Elbert County,
Colorado, was found on wet sand without any tracks around the body, not even her
own. Others have been found on trackless snow and wet dirt. For decades, law
enforcement officials have been puzzled by the lack of tracks and evidence at
mutilation sites and concluded that some kind of aircraft was involved which
could life heavy animals from pastures and return them without signs of
struggle.
E) Cattlemen's associations have offered reward money since the 1970s for
information about the mutilators, but no one has provided hard evidence to
collect.
F) Daytime eyewitness accounts by a Milam County, Texas rancher and a couple in
Springfield, Missouri have described non-human beings with animals that were
later found dead and mutilated, or disappeared.
G) Typically missing from the animals are an ear, eyeball and surrounding eye
tissue, lower jaw flesh, sometimes jaw bone and teeth. The tongue is often
removed from deep within the throat in a vertical, smooth cut. The rectum is
usually cored out in a hole that is approximately four inches in diameter and
six to fourteen inches deep. Sometimes the tail is removed in a smooth cut
through the tail bone. In male, the entire penis and scrotum are often removed
in an oval, hide-deep excision; sometimes only a testicle is removed, leaving
the scrotum sac intact without a hole or cut.
H) The issue of lasers comes up because of the clean, bloodless excisions that
appear darkened on the edge and feel harder than normal tissue. Pathologists
have shown that the tissue had been cut with high heat. Occasionally the
internal organs are dry and bloodless when veterinarians necropsied a dead and
mutilated horse and found that all internal organs, including the heart and
lungs, had been completely desiccated, and were dry to touch. Even the lower
heart chambers were dry. Other ranchers and farmers have reported finding
livers in mutilated animals that look and felt like dry rubber.
I) Often, unidentified helicopters; large, round and orange lights; or beams of
light have been witnessed. Late in 1973 and increasing into 1974, phantom
helicopter sightings began to be associated with mutilation-deaths of farm
animals. These helicopters may be of several varieties and colors, and almost
always without identifying markings. Although sightings of single craft
predominate, there have been reports of from five to nine. These craft are
frequently reported to be flying at abnormally low, unsafe or illegal altitudes
and often at night without lights, have the occasional beam of light directed to
the ground or onto herds of cattle.
3) Human Abductions and Eye Witnesses
A) Since the 1960s, hundreds of people have complained of missing time events,
often associated with unidentified bright lights, in which minutes to hours are
inexplicable lost from a person's life. The phenomenon has come to be known as
the "UFO abduction syndrome."
B) A 1992 Roper survey about "Unusual Personal Experiences" of people in the
United States suggested to some analysts that perhaps 2% of the population has
experienced the UFO abduction syndrome.
C) "Anomalous trauma victim" is a phrase sometimes used by psychiatrists,
psychologists and other mental health professionals to describe patients who
report experiences with odd lights and missing time. Often people report
disturbing memories of non-human beings that perform physical examinations and
extract human tissue, fluid sperm or ova.
D) Non-human entities seen in broad daylight have been reported in the United
States by a Waco, Texas rancher; a farm couple in Missouri; a mother and son in
New Mexico; a boy in Georgia; and in many other countries.
E) Animals, alive or dead, are sometimes reported by anomalous trauma victims
who either see animal in "glass cages" as if on exhibit, or see them hooked up
to tubes and wires as if being tested, or see the same excised body pasts that
have been reported missing in worldwide animal mutilations.
F) People from the entire range of the socio-economic spectrum have come to the
realization that they have had abduction encounters in their lives, including a
NASA scientist, police officers, psychiatrists, doctors, lawyers, businessmen,
military officers and so on. In many cases, these abduction experiences appear
to be cross-generational, going as far back as their great-grand parents and
beyond, and much to their chagrin, their own children.
G) The UFO abduction syndrome in the modern age has produced reported
encounters with non-human beings in broad daylight, both tall and short, that
most often have large black eyes, or eyes "like a snake or a cat" with vertical
pupils. Some people have described "legs that run into straight feet, more like
hooves." Other humanoid beings, tall and short, have been described by
abductees as "glowing" or "surrounded by light."
