                                       MEDITATION

***BARBARA - We all held hands to start the meditation. The energy was
sent around and it was the color of an orangey-red sunset in a pinky
violet sky. After taking people into the healing energy, I was taken
back to a mass grave site where many have been killed and helped many
moved to the light. The souls connected with the others waiting there
for them. Next, I was shown many bridges of all kinds and was told
they represent our connections with many dimensions. I was told to use
kinesiology much more when doing healing work. The golden orangey red
sunset in the pinky violet sky was a sunset in Kenya and then heard
"we blow you a Kiss." 


***SID - He went to level and as we held hands, the color sent was
olive green. The energy jumped over a person and then the green color
went through a person. We let go of our hands and the color became
indigo and went behind all of us. We all jumped forward and a bright
light above us came down like a tube and we all spiraled. Where are we
going? Asked Sid, but we all were suspended at an immense space ship,
that was about 3 miles across. We went into the ship to a cleansing
room and we had remained in our circle. Light began to cleanse us and
as it would hit us, parts of our bodies would disappear. Cells were
crystallizing on the body and they were different on each one of us.
Children came and they became all crystallized. Each child handed each
of us a gift i.e. a kiss, a crystal, a flower etc. There was a nice
feeling with love all around us and then the children left. 

***GAYLE; A message came through just as I was starting to meditate.
It is important to remember that all damaged trees need love and
healing. Be aware of this damage and what each damaged life returns to
the total. It affects everyone. We need to select the energy the plant
life requires.

I was aware of a guide with a long moustache standing before me. We
were all on a platform, or dock, each sitting in a king's chair. There
was a waterfall for each person; some had it in front, and some
behind. I rose up from the group and everyone went into a circle
turning their backs on me. I went into a pronated position wearing a
long soft gown with a ribbon tied around the waist, which dangled
down. Suddenly, there were several copies of each person allowing a
circle to be formed at the three corners of a triangle.  Everyone
began spinning and waving colored ribbons. As we moved around the
room, the three circles went into each person and we picked up what we
needed. Next, we were all digging with our hands.  

***HENRIETA - Sent the energy around and every hand got a surge of
energy which formed a heart. This heart would jump to each of us. Next
she saw a long river and a Kayak. We were all told to get in and we
all paddled but Henrieta. She was told "Be more keen about a job given
to you." She relaxed and let us continue paddling and at the end of
the river was a light and it rose. The kayak was rocking up and then
she saw a platform. This platform became a huge thorny fruit and we
backed away from it, but we were told to lay down on it. She asked if
it was cotton batting and was told it was kapok and it was spongy. 

A spaceship with a V shape wings appeared and we were all taken up. We
saw some sparks and a smaller ship with a big ladder appeared that led
into the ship. Group of  a friendly children were on the ship. "That
is why you got the heart, to give to those children. As they sang us a
beautiful melodious song each child came and touched each of us and
floated out. We were told we could go and told to "Keep going."

                               CHANNELING

***GAYLE - Hello, and yes there is a new guide with you. One reason
you were taken to the river was to impress to all to be by water this
summer, you have free will, so stay healthy. In hot weather, you need
water, or to be by it, walk in it and to drink it. All living beings
need it. The dryness will be seen for awhile, but will be deep inside.
We need to encourage all beings to send moisture; if you are not near
water, use the energy as you were taught and call on us. The water on
the planet is important - some of it is polluted. You know, you can
send energy and healing to the water. You may experience a drought but
you will not die. Energy holds all the nutrients you need. Human
beings complain about dryness, it is a test to see who will survive.
We saw species die because they did not trust they could get water.
Many do not know how to bring in water. Call on us and help send
energy to the water to help the dryness. It is possible for each of
you to control the weather. Complaining about daily weather is a small
human lesson. Water will be around when you need it so send it where
is needed. That is in the plans - do they need to experience dying
because of lack of water? 

People in groups know this and are asked to send energy. Is it
difficult for you to go on a street corner and ask everyone to send
energy to water? When around new children teach them to send energy.
Put your hands around the child and quietly say "You have the power to
send energy to stop the drought. There is no need for drought or war.
"You can keep track of drought or famine. You can teach many where to
find food and water when sending the energy. We are always here with
you all and all you need to do is ask. For now, take our love and
energy and go in peace


*** HENRIETA:  Hello! Water, yes there is enough of it. Technology has
an answer, but if it cost money, governments have many other things to
think of first. If you see people, children, dying of thirst, send
them energy. Yes, it is their experience, but it is also for you to be
working on. You keep on saying "I'm too busy." But you are forgetting
that it only takes a thought, just a few minutes to send out energy to
those that have the capability to do something about this. All that
goes on in the world is not an experience for just a few. We are all
affected by these experiences. This is what is in the plans, to be
ready to help, to give. 

Don't think "Oh, it's raining today." Or "It's too hot for me." It's
not about you, but you still think you live this lifetime, or any
other lifetime just for you. No, you live it for All. It is a learning
planet. How can you learn, if you only lived it only for yourself? We
wish many times that we could or were allowed to come and connect with
you, and show you the replays of all your lifetimes. What a surprise
it would be. There were wars in your past, as we said before. It comes
to those that want more, or to show their power. But again, this war
was not meant as an experience just for the country that is directly
involved but it is as an experience for everyone to get drawn in. It
is to get you all to send your strength and energy to where it is
happening. You can help or stop whatever is going on, and this war is
to help you get the feeling that all of you have the power, strength
and energy to resolve things for the better. This is also to help
bring a better understanding between nations and races and to help
those that are helpless at this time. We worked with you, we are with
your group and others like your group that can help.  You know that
you can affect changes in the places of conflict that have been
created by all of you.

We enjoy it when you connect up with us. At that time you get words
from us that tell you "Go ahead, look at others, touch others and give
more than you think. It isn't money, it is giving of strength, to get
involved but above all, love all. 

Those that create wrong or right things, it is just to get a Total
Experience. There is no wrong or right. Believe it, know it and
understand how it all works, from smallest insect to biggest animal,
from smallest person to biggest person. You are on the Earth plane to
live fully and to enjoy it and to make happen one day, one time, that
all will work smoothly. When you help, we help you. We liked this
evening, we heard opinions and read your minds, so we know if what you
find that is difficult for you.
