Update from The REAL Galactic Federation and The Spiritual Hierarchy

     Greetings, dear Hearts! We arrive with more to discuss with you. 
In the past few messages, we have talked about our culture and the way 
a galactic society functions. We have described, as well, the 
appearance and operation of some of our fleet. Each Mothership in our 
fleet belongs to a special contingent provided by their star-nation. 
These manifold parts work smoothly together by virtue of our overall 
command system. Traditionally, Galactic Federation Science and 
Exploration (S&E) fleets consisted of elements from star-nations of 
similar species - for example, a human S&E fleet was usually formed 
from the Andromeda Confederation or the Pleiades, Perseus or Lyra Star 
Leagues. These single-species expeditions, however, had several serious 
disadvantages. First, they failed to convey the great cross-species 
cooperation that characterized the Galactic Federation. Second, most of 
our initial first contact missions involved Beings that either were not 
human or were deeply suspicious of our motives. This led us to reinvent 
the formation of our S&E fleets. 

     Later, finding that it was far better for several different 
sentient species to take part in these crucial voyages, we discovered 
that a multiple system of command would be highly efficient. In this 
system, we first allow the command method of each species to operate 
until the highest level of the command chain is reached. At each rising 
level, we insert a special interspecies liaison group that ensures that 
the many members of the fleet understand their individual tasks and can 
quickly complete these specific roles. A joint command board is 
responsible for the mission's overall success. This board also has a 
liaison team that oversees the board's day-to-day operations. In this 
way, we are able to merge some very diverse elements and solve 
potential problems creatively. To further assure our success, the 
special liaison teams' joint command board for all S&E fleets has 
written a detailed protocol book. This book critiques all S&E fleet 
expeditions and their various first contact missions and contains 
recommendations on the most efficient implementation of a specific 
first contact mission. 

     This long history of our S&E fleets and their first contact 
missions was used to evaluate your current mission. If it is not 
carried out properly, first contact can be quite traumatic. To you, we 
do not yet officially exist. Most levels of contact with you are much 
like this - messages that detail what we wish you to know. Since direct 
interaction on a mass scale still is not possible, we must do what is 
permitted. We also use ways to enlarge this 'window'. It is a slow 
process and tests our patience. Your governments have a great deal at 
stake in maintaining the status quo. Happily, our earthly allies intend 
to fully honor a formal announcement of our presence. This declaration 
will be made following the announcements that put an end to the present 
illegal regime's power in North America. This dark cabal brought the 
9/11 disaster upon its own people and, for its own benefit, has waged a 
series of immoral wars in Central Asia and the Middle East. Their 
defeat will bring the ET/UFO cover-up to a close and enable us to move 
ahead with a mass-landing scenario. Initially, this scenario will 
involve a limited number of small landings around your world. 

     Our joint S&E command board remains in regular contact with our 
earthly allies. First contact requires an element that can legally 
direct it to its penultimate victory. Right now, a special committee 
appointed by our earthly allies is carrying out this task. A series of 
small first contacts with you has been organized. The Ascended Masters 
wish you to be the prime transformers of Mother Earth. Thus, initially, 
we need to be merely your supervisors or teachers. In this role, we 
will make it possible for various earthly technologies to come into 
view. We will only provide additional technologies according to need. 
We will serve as divine mediators for the new political, economic and 
financial institutions created by our earthly allies' announcements. We 
have mentioned these things to you in previous messages. Let us now 
expand upon them, dear Ones, and explain our intentions. 

     Once this series of formal announcements and the global delivery 
of your abundance are complete, we will begin our own proceedings, 
which will include a series of daytime flyovers. We will accompany them 
with an announcement of who we are and what we are doing. The next step 
will be a number of small landings (two to three scouts in sparsely 
populated areas). At this point, we will permit you to inspect our 
craft and choose a few individuals to take a brief 'joy ride' in our 
ships. These trips will be transmitted back to television stations in 
the local area. We will do this several times over the period of a few 
weeks. We can also supply you with a full inventory of secret or 
suppressed technologies, with which you will be able to clean up your 
planet. To augment these technologies, we will give you the appropriate 
tools from our own vast inventory. They will enable you to focus on 
your main responsibility - Mother Earth. 

     Your urban areas are ecological catastrophes where economically 
and socially disadvantaged segments of your population live. You also 
have large tracts of destroyed and burnt-out buildings that must be 
quickly replaced with livable housing, neighborhood businesses and 
essential services. We will help you to do all of this. A team of 
specially-trained liaisons will arrive to lend assistance. However, we 
will consult the residents of these areas first, before we make any 
suggestions or give you the necessary technology. The major point is 
that all of you must become more deeply involved in improving your 
society and in helping Mother Earth. In doing so, you will realize how 
truly connected you are to each other and to the guardianship of your 
beautiful, living water-world. 

     Your rural areas will be returned to their original condition of 
unspoiled forests and meadows. A number of our technologies can convert 
living Light into food, clothes and other uses, thus ending your long 
dependence on agriculture and the lumber industry. Enormous areas of 
Mother Earth have been plundered in the name of either agriculture or 
ranching. It is time for you to transform them and create a society 
that can easily move itself out into the nearly infinite Universe that 
surrounds you. Yes, you have historic ties to tilling the soil and 
clearing the land, which formed in the distant past because you then 
lacked the technology to do otherwise. Do not confuse the ways you 
acquire food, clothing and building materials with the more advanced 
technology we can provide you. Instead, envision yourselves linked 
together as guardians of Earth's ecosphere. Feel what that is all 
about! 

     As you become more aware of who you really are, you begin to truly 
realize that you are an invited guest in this solar system. As such, 
you are here to guide and sustain the ecosystem of Mother Earth and her 
planetary sisters. You forgot this divine task at the onset of your 
limited consciousness amnesia. Fortunately, your ecological sciences 
have helped you, in the past few decades, to remember it. Henceforth, 
you will need to use this clue to help you to regain and expand your 
dimmed memories. This operation can assist you in perceiving the truth 
of what we have just said. First contact is divine because it is both 
an expansion of your history and an opportunity for you to use your 
growing awareness to aid Mother Earth. Our task is to be both patient 
and loving. We know, dear Hearts, that you are teetering on the brink 
of a vast leap that, once again, will bring us into full contact. 

     Today, we have discussed some of the events that are approaching 
for us all. We intend this to be a time of many miracles, and the 
formal beginning of our first contact mission. We ask you simply to 
remain unwavering in your commitments to Mother Earth and, especially, 
to each other. We now take our leave. Blessings! Know, dear Ones, in 
your Heart of Hearts, that the infinite Supply and ceaseless Abundance
