Got any beer?
Had some earlier. Now, I have JD. *hic*
Old Number 7 Kentucky Sour Mash sippin' whuskey iz good, too.
Got any Ceegarz?
(hic) :-)
[next morning] Nope, but I do have a headache and a mouth like a
badger's
armpit.
[following morning] I'm familiar with that condition. I was at a
local
watering hole just last night which was overun by pirates (no, not butt
pirates). It's something peculiar to the Northwest:
http://www.seafairpirates.com/
What, you ask, does this have to do with anything? Damned if I know!
If those are the pirates standing on the boat,
No, those weren't pirates. Back in the old days, though, the
pirates used to kidnap young ladies and take them out on the
town. They can't do that any more. PC pirates, I guess.
I could do with being overun
by a couple of those myself ;) Seriously though, I've visited Seattle
about
five years ago, and liked it a lot. The climate reminded me of home (UK),
i.e. cold and damp.
Yeah, it's great. Too damn hot recently. I'll be happy when
the clouds come back :-)
I found several nice bars, although mysteriously I can't
remember where they were, what they were called, or how I got back to my
hotel each night. One of theose "missing time" things we keep hearing
about
I expect...
We seem to have many Englanders settled here. Is it climate
or the beer? Lotsa good beer brewed locally. Cheers, mate.
