How Should a Species/Civilization be Judged?

The answer to this question is obvious: 

By the way it treats its children, and this answer has long been known, and
karma in the Universe is designed to accomplish this exact task (what goes
around, comes around: the way you treat your children, they will treat you and
your civilization).

Then, how has this species/civilization treated its children throughout history?

The answer to this question is also obvious: 

A serious examination of this question from a study of the history of the human
species will lead to the following conclusion: the guardians of children in the
world today and throughout history, the parents and the leaders of the world,
have not been able to consistently provide the love and nurturing necessary to
grow their children to responsible adulthood, and the condition of the world
today is the perfect exemplification of this conclusion.

In fact, simply based on the extent of the practice of ritual infant genital
mutilation (female and male circumcision) and the failure to totally outlaw the
crime and appropriately punish the felony offenders, the human race has failed
miserably in its charge to love and nurture its children, and simply based on
that fact, such a species/civilization should probably be allowed to continue
down its path of corruption to its well-deserved eventual self-destruction,
without any constructive or preventative interference from other life form
species and civilizations.

However, there are extenuating circumstances in the matter of the human species,
and those circumstances are the destructive interference in the history of this
species/civilization by a collection of hostile extraterrestrial alien invaders
occupying this world and running a military/intelligence project designed to
control and mystify the human species, and prevent them from ever developing
truly physically, mentally, and spiritually advanced civilizations which might
lead to the overthrow of the alien yoke.

Thus, the human species is as much a victim as it is a perpetrator, and the
karmic complications which this provides requires a more specific manner of
observation of the judgment of the species/civilization.

Thus, I light my lantern and go traveling throughout the world, looking for one
good man:

No, looking for one good child!

One good child, if it exists, that has obviously been the luckiest, most
beautiful, most loved, and most talented child in the world, a child that exists
as an example for other children to admire or envy. Does such a child exist?

And if it does, then what does it mean if your most loved child makes the same
mistakes as your unloved children?

That is the question of the judgment, isn't it?

If such a child did exist, if such a child existed on this world which reflected
the best of this world, the best of the parenting in this world, the best that
the world had to offer, then such a child would be a symbol, an archetype, a
barometer for the world and for itself, would it not? And such a child, to be
incarnated into such a world at this time, and to have been so magnificent so as
to have reflected the best of this world for so long in his life, would most
likely and most logically come from some sort of ancient Universal stock, a
child who was a son of the Universe of a remarkable nature in the world from
which he came, and remained one in the world into which he incarnated, and from
a father himself of ancient Universal stock.

Does one magnificent child exist in the world today, as such a symbol, as an
archetype, as an example of magnificent Universal beauty, who could act as this
barometer of observation of the judgment for this species/civilization?

You know the source of this information, and you know the barometer. Find the
child, watch the child (DO NOT INTERFERE!), and see if the child is corrupt (and
you know what I mean by corrupt). And if the child has been corrupted, then does
this species/civilization deserve to survive, or is the karma it has manifested
by corrupting the child, and all the children, too much for anyone or anything
to overcome? And if the child has been corrupted, surely you know the fury of
the father when his children, any of his children, are harmed, and surely you
know his thoughts in the matter of your own interference, and surely you know
what will be done in the matter of such a corrupt species/civilization, that
would corrupt and destroy any child, and any child of such magnificent beauty as
the child in question.

May the karma of those who would corrupt and destroy any child of such
magnificent beauty, be increased 1000 times, for their Universal crimes!
