Uh, care to cite just were this is stated? That the Eagle Nebula is a
star factory is not in question, though a second look at it in recent
yars by Hubble and Chandra both have shown that the stars are burning
out there at a rate that was faster than first thought. As for planets
around those stars, I have never read anything that suggests there are
planets around any of the stars in that nebula.
