Actually, the problem UFology has is itself. There is zero hard science, only conjecture, unsubstantiated claims, outright lies, and perhaps some degree of psychosis and other forms of mental illness. Falling back on the old tried and true "governmental cover-up" excuse doesn't do it for me either.

Does life exist in other parts of the universe? Of that I have no doubt. Intelligent life? Of that I have no doubt as well. Is it simply a belief I have? Yes. Can I prove the existence of it? No. Can UFology prove the existence of it? No. WE all BELIEVED that there were other planets orbiting around other stars in our galaxy. We didn't know it was real until a few years ago when astronomy, a hard science, proved it.  Show me the hard, factual evidence that extraterrestrials have visited here, and I might start to come around to your way of thinking. Until then, stop blaming others for your lack of credibility.
