Hey Art, don't you think the New York Times Company are going to mind you
pinching their article? As a professional journalist I know I'd be pretty
pissed off if someone copied one of my articles and posted it without my
permission. In fact, if I found out about it I'd probably sue the bastard
for infringement of copyright. I wonder what the NYT will do to you?

Good question. The Washington Post bit Holefluffer in the ass
a few years ago for not only "borrowing" one of their articles,
but changing it to conform to his POV. He did this while posing as
Dr. Richard X. Frager, and posting to an ADHD support group.

The state of Oregon found out he was impersonating a doctor and
practicing medicine without a license. Fluffer went away for awhile.
Nobody knows where he went, and he wont talk about it.

Spanky, spanky.

BYE BYE JERRY

The troll formerly known as "Richard X. Frager" is gone once again
from the 'Net community. Jerry Kolnick, hiding his name behind a
pseudonym, got into a bit of trouble with the State of Oregon's Board
of Medical Examiners. Mr. Kolnick awarded himself the title of "Dr.",
and proceeded to give fraudulent medical advice on the
alt.support.attn-deficit newsgroup. His disruptive behavior is not
condoned on that forum. AS a result, he lost his accounts on Aracnet
and Cyberhighway.

I am no stranger to Mr. Kolnick's antics. I had a hand in removing
his Teleport account. I am surprised that it took so long (1 year)
for the ISP's to revoke his Usenet priviliges. In the end, all's well
that ends well.

Perhaps he will return under a new guise someday. If or when that day
arrives, I will be ready to do battle once again.
