Michael E. Salla, Ph.D., founder of Exopolitics.org and author of
several books, has revised and expanded the Study Papers on his
website (www.exopolitics.org) for a forthcoming book (his fifth)
titled: Exopolitics: Political Implications of the Extraterrestrial
Presence (Dandelion Books, 2004).   He is our guest on the Isle Of
Light and  Dale Finnila and Chyrene Pendleton are the hosts of this
very important, eye-opening discussion called, "Extraterrestrials and
the Government Cover-up".

During the show, Dr. Salla explains the real reason behind the war and
U.S. military presence in Iraq, which is to cause a distraction while
this administration attempts to gain possession of the hidden ancient
artifacts and extraterrestrial technology in that country.   He speaks
of a Stargate, an interdimensional doorway that exists in Iraq which
he says the United States government wants total control over.  We
learn the reasons why and what happens if the Stargate is activated.

Dr. Salla also shares his knowledge of the underground government base
at Dulce, New Mexico and what has been going on there regarding human
abductions and human rights abuses,  including a "fire-fight" between
the military and the ETs at the base.  He wrote a highly interesting
study paper called, "The Dulce Report: Investigating Alleged Human
Rights Abuses at a Joint US Government-Extraterrestrial Base at Dulce,
New Mexico".  Dr. Salla's latest commentary called, "A Message to
Humanity: A Genuine Communication from an Extraterrestrial Race?"  is
based on a message that has been widely circulating on the Internet
and he discusses the implications of this during the show also.  He
