the symbiosis with the human beings and the earth!  And then, let's

Come on Eileen, We refer to all earthpeople not just men.  You have
enjoyed great successes over the past 50 years and there may still be
hope for your species.  I remember seeing Lake Erie as a polluted
cesspool and today am impressed with its Secchi depth readings.  The
zebra mussel, although non-native, and accidentally introduced to the
Great Lake ecosystem, has done wonders in clearing up the Lakes.  Your
main problem is one that poses the greatest difficulty to your
inhabitants, both human and animal.  And that is excessive population
growth approaching predetermined carrying capacity.  If you can get a
handle on this, we can help you.  However, this simple step was a test
for your species and right now you are all receiving a D minus. Why is
it so hard to limit your children to perhaps three, let alone the
preferred two???

We should think about the environmental problems of the earth individually,
solve the familiar environmental problems at first, and aim at the symbiosis
with the human beings and the earth in order to establish the new space
scientific era when we can keep company equally to the space aliens!
