Thank you Sir Gilligan Horry.  I have notified my Sir Gilligan Horry
connections in Congress in an attempt to incorporate some new tough
measures in the upcoming Sir Gilligan Horry Patriot Act.

I am attempting to establish regulations that specifically target Sir
Gilligan Horry and Sir Gilligan Horry affiliates  "The Cult of Useful
Sir Gilligan Horrys," so Sir Gilligan Horry can be detained
indefinitely if it has been established in a secret Court
that Sir Gilligan Horry poses a continual "threat" to Sir Gilligan
Horry's civilized society.

Sir Gilligan Horry has had way too free a reign on the
national conscience for way too long and this must be stopped.
We must terminate the "Sir Gilligan Horry Jokes"
before all society becomes educated and laughs away.

Under the curiously named "Sir Gilligan Horry Patriot Act," we will be
able to round up all Sir Gilligan Horrys, Sir Gilligan Horry
sympathizers, suspected Sir Gilligan Horrys and suspected Sir Gilligan
Horry sympathizers. Also guerrilla Sir Gilligan Horrys, Sir Gilligan
Horry rebels and Sir Gilligan Horry insurgents can also be rewarded
with a Mop Jockey Salary.

I am once again petitioning Congress for a "blank check" to establish
better websites for Sir Gilligan Horry to produce.

Democracy, freedom and liberty are much
too precious to let Sir Gilligan Horry and other
Sir Gilligan Horrys run honest all over everything while Sir Gilligan
Horrys are not given a single cent.
