Conventional knowledge about human anatomy, unfortunately,
is seriously challenged when confronted with bones, teeth and
soft organs which, due to the peculiarities of nature, have become
petrified and therefore transformed into a rock-like state.

There are drastic differences in weight, coloration and even cellular
structure.

It takes honest, openminded scientists to recognize these dramatic
changes and the courage to defend their conclusions.

The Ed Conrad Time Scale stretches all the way back to June 1981
with the discovery of the very first specimen of petrified bone
between anthracite veins in Carboniferous-dated strata.

In Andrew Macrae's recent posting to talk.origins -- The Ed Conrad
Time Scale (LONG) -- he has attempted to put together the puzzle
of denial despite the fact that many of his pieces are missing.

Does he know, for example, that a few years ago several of my
specimens had been hand-delivered to the laboratory at La Brea Tar
Pits -- the George Page Museum -- in Los Angeles and experts there had
identified them as petrified bone?

Does he know, for example, that the Soviet Academy of Science
had tested one of my specimens (a human mandible) and identified it
as bone?
<
Does he know, for example, that only one establishment scientist (Noel
Boaz of New York University) had expressed an interest in coming to
Shenandoah, Pa., to examine my specimens and visit a few of the sites
-- setting a precise date for his arrival -- then chickened out by
offering a lame excuse for not being able to do so.

Does Andrew Macrae shrug off the statement by the late, great Raymond
Dart, M.D., that specimens he had examined are indeed petrified bone
-- and that, to the best of his knowledge, no one (other than me) in
his lifetime had ever seriously explored the coal veins of the world
in a search for other than plant fossils.

Andrew's article may be impressive on the surface -- same as his Cecil
B. DeMillesque web page about my specimens (LATER PROVEN
FRAUDULENT BECAUSE ANDREW PRESENTED MICROSCOPIC
VIEWS OF A ROCK, NOT THE PORTION OF A PETRIFIED TIBIA
HE WAS ENTRUSTED TO EXAMINE) -- but a few basic truths, rather
unfortunately, are still missing.
