He used to post as Dr Richard X.Frager until the heat got
too much over his phoney medical advice:
http://www.watchingyou.com/frager6.html

His real name is Jerry Kolnick and he has won numerous kook awards.
http://www.nyx.net/~wmullin/lastword/1997/lw.0903
Gives more details on his trouble with the State of Oregon.

Just ignore him, he goes away when questions he can't make up bullshit
answers for get asked.

Thanks, that was entertaining.  It still leaves open the
question of whether he believes his own crap, but I suppose I
have much more important things to do than care.

If nothing else, the web has brought to light a number
of mental disorders which were previously not known
to the general public.

"In science it often happens that scientists say, "You know that's a really good argument; my position is mistaken,"
and then they would actually change their minds and you never hear that old view from them again. They really do it. It doesn't happen as often as it should, because scientists
are human and change is sometimes painful. But it happens every day. I cannot recall the last time someting like that happened in politics or religion." "The method of science is tried and true. It is not perfect, it's just the best we have. And to abandon it, with its skeptical protocols, is the pathway to a dark age."
