There is a process in place, Jos. Imagine you are part of it, and you
earn your living supporting it. If you place any of this in jeopardy,
your career is finished. In most cases, the individual did not intend
to EVER place themselves in this position - it just happened. This
process is .gov surveillance of UFO activity.
Along the way, things changed - times changed. However, there is still
a tremendous inhibiting factor in operation. Just who is capable
enough to deal with UFO activity in the first-person? We see images of
men carrying weapons (on TV shows) as they encounter UFO ships (i.e.,
jet aircraft doing surveillance, fly-bys of vehicles). Why would they
do this? In a word, FEAR (of the unknown). It does still come down to
any individual's capacity to handle such first-person encounters. It
IS a difficult position.
The only way we can find things out is look yourself, with science etc.
Crop-circles, landing-sites with strange ground, mutilations are the
best hard-evidence there is (sightings are too flimsy).

You observation is very astute! We must do this on our own
(individually or a very select, limited group). Databases containing
sightings (which a few have spent decades compiling) have become
tertiary in nature - useful, but little more than candy for the
intellect.
So, it's a good idea when some scientist were to come together and look
at all. The government is NEVER going to give it to us, until we already
know it, because even the best parts of the government see the knowledge
as a thread, not to their power perhaps, but to the calm in the public.

Sounds good, but funding is a problem. In my basic explorations, when
I release a new page of data for my web site
http://www.lanset.com/sirius
(update URL - http://www.ufometaphysics.com
or
http://208.187.165.13/sirius
(update URL - http://63.251.216.72)
somewhere between $200 to $500 has been expended - and this is the
absolute minimum. A few have acquired funds, but even so, they too are
on the outside looking in, hoping to gleam some tidbits of
information, maybe from a dead animal or landing site.
Sitting here and waiting for them, or being angry with them: they only
like that because as long as we don't go out and look ourself (honest
people etc) they are controlling us very easily. A little teasing, a little
debunking and done deal: we sit in perpetual limbo.

So true. It would help if interested parties recognized a few basic
facts of real UFO investigation:
1. The synchronicity or connections between events can span months,
years, or decades. That's the truth of it.
2. There is no money in bona fide UFO investigations. Those that do
construct financial support systems (i.e., talk-show hosts) have done
only that; they provide absolutely no original data for our
knowledge-base.
The problem is of course also that we already did it. It's already science
fact if you will that aliens are here: I've even seen footage of a crop-circle
forming live (discovery). Was it a hoax? maybe, but then there is the
mutulations, and especially also the landing sites.
But what convinces me best, is that there was a search for Planet-X in the
early 80's (I am amateur-astronomer a bit), and when they found Pluto they
said "can't be it... too small"!. It was a big thing. Now I was on sci.astro
and the people said "the search for planet-X was false, because if you
take other masses for the outer planets, the orbit-anomalies go away". This
is imposible, because anomalies are not static like the masses of planets.

OK you want tangible evidence - go out and get it!
IT CAN BE DONE!
You will find a complete narrative of how it was accomplished, how an
individual can engage in this endeavor in the PUBLIC FILES, ALIEN
ARTIFACTS sub-catagory, records #21, #25, #40. Miniature sculptures
appeared in a small percentage of 35mm film emulsion.
IT'S REAL, IT CAN BE REPRODUCED!
It is also time-consuming, and again $$$ will be expended. Since bona
fide data is acquired during INTERACTIVE repeat INTERACTIVE events,
few will attempt this, but a few will succeed. Does this include you?
Only you can answer this question.
Sometimes I think: maybe there are no aliens. But then there is this immense
lie from NASA, like some kind of huge fire letting all know: yes there is and
we (NASA/JPL) are liars.
Reply ----
They are not liars, Jos. They are just men/women trying to construct a
career, raise a family, keep their own head(s) screwed on straight,
take care of the dog, keep the wife/husband/kids happy. It's a tough
act - give them a break!
Regards.
