Yeah it might be very hard for many to believe.  It's also very frightening
too,  but the CIA's involvement in clandestine mind projects is well
documented and known.  For most people it's even more frightening 
to learn about the CIA's mind projects than it is to learn about an alien
species visiting our planet.  But anyone interested in learning about the
alien contact experience must eventually also learn about the CIA's
involvement too.
