They didn't destory us, we destroyed ourselves.  Giving us the saucer was
the equivalent of giving an insane person a loaded gun.

Except the *is no saucer*, except in your fevered imagination, and as
far as destruction is concerned, we don't need any mythical aliens to
have wars etc.
