You didn't get the point.
The whole web site bielek-debunked.com only proves, that Al Bielek
created his personal fantasy story about his involvement in the
Philadelphia Experiment. At no point ever somebody of those
investigators claimed the Philadelphia Experiment itself to be a hoax.
In my opinion, there was indeed something like the Philadelphia
Experiment. It included US Navy activities, experiments on a vessel
applying strong magnetic fields and the aim of it all most likely was
to find a way to decrease the effective radar cross section of a ship
e.g. create something what is known nowadays as 'stealth'. It might
even have lead to some unusual side effects including optical
interference.
Bielek is a poor old I-wannabe-famous, who together with some other
strange people created this fake story - that's all.

I recently came across several tapes I made of Sean David Morten's old
woo-woo show, and in perticular, the one in which he interviews Bielek. To
his credit, at several points he called Bielek on several points of his
story which seems to have caught Montouk boy off guard, being used to the
backrubs he got in the past from Art Bell and Jeff Rense. Who'da thunk it;
Morten would be the one to question someone's credibility?!
