I almost hate to rain on your holiday, Fluffer, but you should know
that it's a felony to make threats, even cartoony threats like the 
one above. Because Usenet crosses state borders, that would make it 
a federal felony beef. The FBI does not have to be told about 
your powerless threats to act on them. All it takes is an agent 
cruising around.

Word to the wise.

BYE BYE JERRY

  The troll formerly known as "Richard X. Frager" is gone once again
from the 'Net community.  Jerry Kolnick, hiding his name behind a
pseudonym, got into a bit of trouble with the State of Oregon's Board
of Medical Examiners.  Mr. Kolnick awarded himself the title of "Dr.",
and proceeded to give fraudulent medical advice on the 
alt.support.attn-deficit newsgroup.  His disruptive behavior is not
condoned on that forum.  AS a result, he lost his accounts on Aracnet
and Cyberhighway.

  I am no stranger to Mr. Kolnick's antics.  I had a hand in removing
his Teleport account.  I am surprised that it took so long (1 year)
for the ISP's to revoke his Usenet priviliges.  In the end, all's well
that ends well.

  Perhaps he will return under a new guise someday.  If or when that day
arrives, I will be ready to do battle once again.
