I don't care what it means, what can be done about it? 

There's nothing currently any human being can do about it because there's
reasons why human beings have the 'vested snake problem' or consuming
themselves, ie. self-annihilation.

There are genetic defects in  human beings which are causing this.  It's a
behavioral issue directly related to human being genetically crossed with
apes. Unless that's corrected human kind will kill themselves.  Human beings
don't have the genetic knowledge or the knowledge of their history to be
able to correct their genetic problem. But the currrent population of humans
have this defect so that's why we have a world in terror and why things are
the way they are with the CIA, drugs and so forth. That's another reason why
humans as they exist now can't be allowed to populate Mars, as they will
take their 'vested-snake' with them and just do all over again what they
have done here on earth.
