It does not matter if the aliens are friends or foes.  No one can stop them.

The aliens have not covered up their presence on earth, nor are they
secretive.  They provided all the evidence of their existence to the US
government by giving them a saucer which is stored at Groom Lake.  That has
been the cover up.

If the aliens were foe, humankind would be all dead by now.  They aren't.

And I would consider every person on earth lucky that the aliens did not
treat humankind like they treat each other, or we'd all be dead right now.


CSETI and Dr. Steven Greer seem to live in some kind of "dream state" with their
unshaken belief in a benevolent alien presence. The cattle "mutilation" syndrome
seems to be directly related to the UFO and alien presence. What does Greer
think of the cattle mutilation problem? Well, first of all, he does not even
refer to it as cattle mutilation. Cattle mutilations have been going on for
decades. That in itself is not quite a "friendly gesture." Yes, I know we
slaughter cattle to eat, but then again we are not a super technological and
spiritual race of beings like Greer's alien benefactors supposedly are.

The Disclosure Project was a good idea with good intentions on the part of Dr.
Steven Greer....but, "banning all space weapons"? And the technology we received

another horror story crept into or out of the UFO community. It was human
mutilations. The same type of mutilations of cattle were reportedly found on
human corpses. But nobody wanted to deal with this terrible subject matter. It
was quickly reduced to "disinformation" or material spawned out of
sensationalism. 

In 1988 a story was out based on a secret report relating to the death of an Air
Force Seargent, J.P.Loulette who was abducted at the White Sands missle test
range in March of 1976. His body was found 3 days later in the middle of the
desert terribly mutilated (in the same way as cattle) and his entire body was
drained of blood.

William "Bill" English was a member of special forces and a captain in the Green
Beret in Laos 1969-1971 when he and his ten man team were sent in to investigate
the crash of a B-52 Bomber. Before the bomber went down communications were
received..."under attack by a UFO"..., ..."a large light"....Bill and his team
found the B-52 sitting in the jungle "intact". 

There was no indication of a crash landing. Even though the entire bomber was
intact, the crew was found dead. Not just dead, but still sitting in their
safety harnesses and mutilated. They were mutilated in the same way as Sgt.
Loulette and other human beings yet to be found to this day.

There are many other mutilation cases on file from different parts of the world.
All the mutilations are similar, all organs removed with precise surgery and
blood drained.


A police officer by the name of Don Ecker of Idaho told an audience of over 400
top UFO investigators at a 1989 conference, that he had personally investigated
human mutilations in his state. When he attempted to access information of
similar cases which may have been filed in the Justice Department computer, he
was told that the files concerning these human mutilation cases were
"classified." He was warned to cease all attempts to request such data in the
future.

The UFO community is divided when it comes to the intentions of the aliens.
There are those, like Steven Greer, who see these extraterrestrials as advanced
beings bearing gifts and there are those who do not, and see these beings as
malevolent intruders with an unknown agenda.

There is ample enough evidence to suggest that there is a danger present. At
least enough evidence to encourage cautiousness when dealing with
extraterrestrials. I do not advocate all out hostility towards all 
extraterrestrials, but we need to keep an open mind and a cautious approach to
any race of beings. And we need to stay unified in the UFO community, no matter
what our differences may be.  And, No, Dr. Steven Greer, we do not need to stop
building a defense system.

Abduction, cattle and human mutilations are crimes, plain and simple, and they
are NOT indicative of a benevolent alien race. Let's keep our heads out of the
dirt and our eyes to the sky.

I will respond for Dr. Greer, as his assistant (one of them - volunteer)
Information that we have about the cattle mutilations and abductions is that
many or most of them are done by covert operations groups - humans.  However,
this will be proven through witness testimony in congressional hearings,
hopefully.

All the information we have about ET involvement is that they are not hostile.
There are misinterpretations related to some contact experiences and their
interfering with our weapons systems, but so far we have no reason to believe
that the are other than neutral to friendly.  We are open to other
possibilities, but we certainly don't believe it to be wise to engage in any
wars with them.

Even at this date, we still don't know what group or groups of ETs we are
dealing with, what faction they represent from their societies (if that even
applies), what their relationships are with the other, and if those different ET
factions are at peace with each other or at odds or war against each other.  We
can't really assume that there really is a so-called "Federation" of ET races,
which of the groups belong to that organization and who has been rejected or
refuses to join.  In a nutshell, we have very little information about the
numerous off-world races interfacing with our Earth.   Only by interpreting
their actions, which seems purpose-driven but ultimately unclear, can we begin
to formulate some theories on extraterrestrial behavior.  We have to take into
account such books as David Jacobs "The Threat", Bob Pratts "UFO Danger Zone"
and Timothy Goods "Alien Base."

It is true that certain actions of off-world races: human abductions, animal and
human mutilations, human cloning, alien implants, contact with a secret military
group, appears downright disturbing if not frightening.  There also seems to be
other ET groups with a more benign agenda, pushing us towards a more
environmentally sound and helping us to develop our spirituality.  

Even so, there has not been, to my knowledge, open contact between any group of
ETs with a large faction of the human race. This leads any researcher to
conclude that there is a dual cover-up, one by the ETs themselves and one by the
super-secret corporate/military faction that controls and manipulates this data
and back-engineers the alien hardware.

One more problem I have with Dr. Greer's efforts is his ultimate agenda. His
altruistic purpose is fine and dandy on paper, but publicizing the ET reality
won't solve any problems down here on Terra Firma.  The reason being is that the
top-secret groups that control and regulate the ET information have nothing to
gain by releasing this data and everything to lose.  The industrial system is
stacked against the public at large.  The global energy base of oil, coal,
nuclear can be discarded already without the use of back-engineered alien
technology.  By shifting to photo-voltaic cells, wind, hydrogen, tidal, ocean
thermal, geothermal, and bio-fuels, we could solve all of the worlds energy
needs and clean up a huge percentage of the pollution that contaminates our air,
water and soil.  But that is a financial and political decision that the public
must understand and endorse.  The largest industries in the world are the energy
companies and it's related auto manufactures.  Until the public demands clean
energy sources and alternative transportation instead of the massively polluting
SUVs that are being driven around, no amount of alien hardware will change
anything. Notice to Dr. Greer-shift your priorities to a more progressive,
humanistic and spiritual agenda and you will persuade many more people. 

America's military and related aerospace industries have known about the
Extraterrestrial presence since at least the 1947 Roswell dual UFO crashes.
Certain industries have been privy to back-engineered alien technology for over
50 years.  All of this classified information is heavily compartmentalized, with
no one group having the entire picture. In addition, civilian-research UFO
groups have been heavily infiltrated throughout the decades and UFO researchers
and witnesses have been threatened, intimidated and killed.  This still goes on
to this very day.  UFO abductees and investigators from Dr. Karla Turner to Jim
Keith met some very untimely demises. There have been many others.

The body of objective scientific evidence to prove the alien presence is
overwhelmingly in the positive and much extraordinary information has been made
available. Correspondingly, there would be no easy way to inform the public of
the totality of the Extraterrestrial existence, and no one government or
military group to present it.  The situation is extremely complex, with some of
the data quite disturbing.   The sudden announcement of the true reality of ETs
would have a profound effect on Earth's cultural, financial, religious, and
social institutions.  In fact, it may be even more sinister than that; there
appears to be undeniable proof of a working rel

separate from the perhaps hundreds or even (tens of) thousands of contactee
cases from around the Globe. 

One needs to factor in the perpetual hybridization program of ETs with humans,
the thousands of yearly animal mutilations happening on a worldwide basis and
the still unexplained phenomenon of crop impressions, some with very complex
geometric formulas that cannot be duplicated by mankind.  There also has been
state-of-the-art scientific research into investigating alien implants inserted
into humans.  The purpose of these alien implants appears to be to monitor and
control human behavior.  Likewise, the physics and materials research of the
alien craft, some of which have been back-engineered by covert aerospace
industries for over 54 years, have been incorporated in American weapons and
space programs. 

The total purpose of the alien agenda must still remain a huge mystery to the
top intelligence communities (NSA, NRO, NSC) that monitor and control the
information flow.  This makes the entire extraterrestrial reality extremely
complicated to comprehend and explain to the society at large. These are all
good reasons for the continued metered-release of the information, instead of
the just one big announcement.  This program seems to be working since the
majority of Americans have now heard of ETs, abductions, Area 51, and other
aspects of the alien presence, and no one seems to be panicking, yet!

The bottom line is that the alien presence is real and purposeful but it is well
covered-up and for now it is not applicable to our global system.  Our goal
should be to change our planet from a militaristic, exploitative and polluting
one to a compassionate, clean, healthy and purposeful one.  After that, perhaps
we can have open contact with the ETs.  Anybody have any ideas how we can
accomplish that?

Cattle Mutilations aren't for food.  Its for genetic material which is
sorely needed for their dying race.  Their spiritual awareness came
through nuking the shit out of each other and living underground based
on genetic reproduction and DNA manipulation.  Which in a sense gave
them the ability to weed out all factors or lustful, lower chakric
emotions and behavior.  The problem with that is they are now lost
with no feelings, or emotions.  That�s why most humans fear that grey
emotionless dilated/black eyed face.  Their trying to reverse through
hybridizing and the genetic material.  Most of the flesh taken is of
areas of high tissue reproduction.

As far as abductions go, they aren't what is commonly conceived.  An
abduction is being brought into another reality usually non-physically
although some people are physically taken.  Sometimes it results in
physical examinations, but more often it is psychic examinations.  You
must understand the human psyche first.  We have a conscious mind, a
sub-conscious, and an unconscious.  The aliens are just conscious.
Everything which is hard for our conscious mind to deal with or
anything along that lines is dumped into the first levels of the
unconscious mind (repressed memories).  When you come into contact with
an ET just being in their presence and communicating with them
telepathically brings you into another reality, which most of it takes
place in the vast area we call the unconscious.  So any memories you
delve into from that realm while in your waking conscious mind are
also going to be filled with all of your own demons and repressed
memories.  This is where the idea that abductees are actually people
who were sexual abused has some truth, but doesn't negate contact with
extra-terrestrials.  Everybody has had ET contact at least once in
their life, whether it was through dream, telepathy, actually physical
contact, or what not. That�s why most people have an instinctual
negative feelings when they see lets say a sketching of a grey or the
idea of grey aliens, because it reminds them of their own demons.  In
a sense when a contactee stares into a grey/zetas eyes they are being
shown a mirror of themselves which brings out the many human fears we
have, and the grey/zeta is given a slight remembrance of how they
used to be before they nuked the shit out of each other which brings
out a mental stimulation of fear (nothing compared to the humans fear)
which is an emotion which is what their trying to learn about again.

So in a way we both benefit, it just depends on how insane,
self-centered, and secluded humans want to be with the subject in
society.  Its kind of like that whole karma thing fitting together
like a puzzle piece.  Their are documents out at majestic documents
which talk about how the EBE's are very deceptive.  How they abducted
more people than they said they would, and aren't operating in the
secrecy we requested.  In a way that�s the governments karma coming
back at them for being such a deceptive institution since the time
when they nailed that compassionate guy up on a cross, and replaced his
halo with a crown of thorns, and then not to later in history were
like, oh wait, this guy was god you should worship him, here come into
this temple once a week and listen to OUR version of the story.  The
aliens are just simply enlightening more people, and making their
presence more known.  The majority of all contactees are positive
(usually at first their experiences a fearful but come to a
realization over time), like in the movie Intruders, or Communion.
It's just the scary torturous ones hit people harder and get more
coverage because its like a horror movie in reality, giving people a
little thrill.  Lets kick some big-eyed alien butt.....  Yea were
bad-ass humans.  As far as implants and chips go, that sounds a lot
more like government shit to me.  I believe these abductees are the
ones which mainly also report seeing strange military personel in
facilities their brought too (hoaxes??working with the "bad" aliens).

I won't omit the possibility that what was the government before
their tragedies has also traveled over here with their own
self-centered plans.  In fact its very possible they deliberately
contacted our government to get a business deal going.  However this
isn't the majority of their civilization, and they aren't the only
civilization thats involved with us.  They are just the most directly
involved, making the most contacts.  We humans look for physical proof
so of course this is the only race we will recognize.  The majority of
the races do their work by more telepathic means (which most humans
aren't aware of at all, let alone ET's that could be influencing
them).  The latest letters that were posted at the disclosure project
website were from a Canadian investigation organization from the late
50's early 60's whose interviews were just recently uncovered.  The
paper starts off with an intro of this Ph.D. who started out as a
skeptic investigating and soon changed his views and his mind on the
subject  It involved finding contactees, channels, or other sources of
communication with the ET's and finding out which ones were genuine.
It involved asking 100 questions, and the majority of people were
either lying or weren't faithfully "transmitting" the messages.
However there was a decently large amount out of all the people they
interviewed which were genuine and all gave the same answers.  They
were totally unrelated people from different parts of the country
(they did background checks) and all had the same story and answers.

Not only that but they explained science experiments to prove the
concepts of alien science which had positive results.  They talked
about the 12 dimensional model of reality and other stuff.  It also
talks about the universal law of non-interference, how each entity
is to experience their own reality and learn from it and grow on it.
It explains how the state of our world is a result of not following
that.  Basically the benevolent aliens are more involved with studying
us and influencing us in an enlightening way through our collective
consciousness.  This isn't as direct and obvious, so to most people it
doesn't exist.  What does exist is people being taken out of their
beds at night and being tortured.  Lt. Col. Tom Bearden talks a lot
about the EMP and scalar technology we have.  They can basically fake
an abduction expierence if they want, and this has been going on.
That�s not even adding in the factor their could be a few selfish ET's
who are helping them with this process all the way.

Humans through what we've seen on TV and a couple millennia of
warfare have been led to believe the forces of darkness are more
prevalent than the forces of light.  We believe the only constructive
reason a civilization would want to travel here is to divide and
conquer, and if the tables were turned we certainly would!  If aliens
were to invade they already would have, and it would have been done
and over with along time ago.  Don't forget project blue book which
said around 10% of all reported sightings are genuine, and that flying
saucers pose no threat to national security.  It's clear what their
intentions are by witness testimony from disclosure project about the
nuclear weapons which were taken.  They know our next major
evolutionary step is inter-stellar space travel and the last thing
they want is us foolish humans armed to the teeth with nukes flying
around the galaxy.  Especially when were paranoid of anything
different from us, assuming its evil.
